  1. Return to previous website after making a booking

    After completing the booking process, it's not very intuitive as to where to go next. I think it would be helpful, particularly to less tech savvy customers, to make a clear option/suggestion/link that would take them back to the website from which they began the appointment making process. Currently my website is mentioned at the bottom of the screen but it's quite small and not very apparent that it is even an active link.

  2. Specify when certain services can be booked

    Some services can only be booked during certain times. Bookings should support the equivalent of "working hours" on a service level.

  3. Confirming Bookings

    Add the capability to mark if any appointment has been confirmed, if the client did not show up or if they cancelled the appointment.

  4. Specify time-on slots for staff

    Think of this feature as something that is opposite to the time-off functionality. I'd like to specify the dates/times staff members are available. This is separate to the working hours feature because I'd like this to be different per week in some cases.

  5. Allow me to save changes to the Booking Page colors and policies without actually publishing the page; bonus points if we add preview too.

    Right now when you want to make changes to the Booking Page theme and policies you can only "Save and Publish".

    It would be nice to be able to save them without actually publishing the page and then on top of that, to be able to preview the results.

    Then when you are happy, you publish.

  6. Services and staff should span multiple booking calendars

    In the case where a business has more than one booking calendar, it would be good to have the service / staff lists optionally span multiple booking calendars. This means they don't have to be re-entered.

    It would be nice to have a role where staff can update the comments ( or have his own comment area) and have those comments back on the booking page

    Have the option to put the name of the client before the service - otherwise names can't be seen without clicking on each individual appointment.

    Allow Companies to upload PDF's or documents that could be helpful to the person assigning the tasks. On the flip side customer facing side can also use this options for photos or documents to better help get ahead of the appointment.

  11. HTML should be permitted in Service Details

    Administrators should be able to add HTML when editing Service Details for a booking. This would allow (e.g.,) Skype for Business meeting details to be added and sent to all attendees.

  14. Turn on/off display of employees not scheduled on calendar

    When employees are not scheduled to work, add the ability to turn on/off the display of that employee in the calendar. In some cases, they just take up blank space and require additional scrolling.

    See full details on free busy calendar - Currently I can see if something is on the calendar but I can see what. For booking an estimate I need to know full drive time from one estimate to the next. This will allow for drive time etc.

  19. Only sent reminders during business days

    We are using Bookings for a business project and we do send a reminder 1 day before the appointment with some instructions which they have to do to prepare for their appointment. Everyone who schedules an appointment on monday will receive this reminder on sunday (a day that they won't work). It would be nice to have a checkbox by a service reminder where you can exclude weekends.
