Include customer contact information in email notification of appointment.
When a staff member is alerted of a new appointment, they just receive the time and the customer name. It would be helpful to include the email and phone number in the email notification.

At the very least, there should be a template in Power Automate to create custom alerts from the booking information. This would at least give the flexibility of pushing this info to different end points.

At the very least, we need to be able to easily email the customer without digging into the appointment in bookings and hand typing the email address given there.

Using this with Office 365, we can trigger workflow events based on the TO / FROM / CC email addresses. When a notification is sent to a staff member, give us a setting that allows to decide where the client email address goes ….. TO or CC
I really need to be able to print something off which gives a list of clients and their appointments so that my pilots know who they are flying and what time. They have to include the client name on our aircraft log, by law, but I am having to duplicate effort by having to update our client records by hand and then creating a daily report. There is simply no easy way to get data out of bookings
I agree! what is the point of having custom fields the customer fills out when booking if that information is not sent to anyone. We need all the information that is put on the form sent in the notification email.
