Name first in outlook appointment
Have the option to have the customer name listed first on the outlook calendar rather than the service, so that it is easier to find a certain customer on your schedule when they want to confirm times. I have many calendars up at once, and the names are cut off when teh service is listed first.

That doesn't make sense for us also to see the service. It would be great to see the customer.
This is our only blocking point.Regards,

Yes please! We are using Bookings for student advising appointments at a community college and have hundreds of "staff", 5 different Bookings calendars, and thousands of students making appointments. Please put the name first, not the service.

The first person get's overbooked and the last one not at all. This does not make sense at all.

Having the service listed in the calendar instead of the client is not helpful at all. Please change this!

This is a MUST. I used booking recently but seing the service first in a schedule with 15-minute increments made it impossible to know who was the next client. Absolutely needed.

This is so needed! We're a Staffing Agency and just switched to using Bookings to help automate the reminder emails and it's frustrating looking at the calendar and seeing the services listed first!

I completely agree with this suggestion. We are considering using Microsoft Bookings to replace our current scheduling service, and this is a complaint among our users who have seen our test implementation of Bookings. We only offer one service, so it does not make sense for that service name to be all over the calendar. It would be more helpful to see the customer name.

Maybe we can have the option from our "questions" as to which one we want to be used in the title, for example, I am in education and want the module code to be in the outlook appointment as several lecturers works on more than one module.
