Either Services need specific hours that apply to whatever Staff member is available, or Staff need to be able to customize their availability based on the service(s) they are qualified to handle.
I'm one person person running my business. But my free consultation is very limited in time. I also have a paid consultation option that is also limited, but to different blocks. I cannot use my main email for both because then my limited availability from one applies to the other. I need to be able to set an availability that applies to one and not the other, and so on.
Would like to be able to customize specific availability for each service for each staff assigned. I.e. a staff member works Mon-Fri but can only do an out of office service on Wed and Thurs, but another staff can do this service Mon-Thurs.

Our staff is only bookable in the store on certain days (different for different staff) but they are bookable all the days with online meeting.
The only workaround we found is that one service have different buttons for different persons, but that is not customer friendly because they just want to book a time and do not care with whom they book.
