The ability to edit the confirmation email that is sent to the staff
I would like to modify the confirmation email that gets sent to the staff. Especially when it comes to additional customer input fields that are on the booking page. It'd be nice if they would appear on the email instead of navigating to find those customer added notes.

I would like to see the ability to specify whether the booking time is in 24:00 hour or 12:00 hour formats in the confirmation email.
Yep, I see the same thing. How can we find out if/when it's really been rolled out?
Checked the Microsoft 365 roadmap for bookings:
In the list it says customization is done and is beeing rolled out during 2018Q4 but no info where to find it :) They must have hidden it well because I cant find the feature by browsing the adminpage
Where can we find out if this is going to happen or not? It's a big issue for us!
Is there an update on if this will be included in the next set of enhancements?
Yes this is also something we would like and would also like the ability to add links to websites and instructions, etc.

Not being able to give confirmation emails to clients and receiving a bounce back every time an booking is made, makes MS bookings Unusable. Allow the dummy account that you create the ability to send email or change the format so that you can edit who the Confirmation emails are being sent from. So bad, posts from over a year ago with this problem.
