Customize the Calendar Invite that is sent to the customer
It would be useful to be able to customize what is displayed in the body of the ICS file that is sent to the customer when they schedule a meeting. For example, if you use skype for the meetings, you could put your skype information in the body for the customer to know how to join the meeting.

This is a non-starter for many of our stakeholders. They have to join meetings via phone, not through the web link. If the web link is the only information we can include, its not particularly helpful.

It would be very helpful to include customized content in the calendar invite, such as a link to connect to an online meeting, or to uniquely address the recipient. This is a major limitation of the system when compared to our business requirements. We are currently looking for an alternative system and are avoiding use of Microsoft Bookings, where we can.

It would be helpful for us to be able to include the customers name in the calendar invite sent to the customer. For example if one person in a family books for multiple family members one by one then they don't know what appoint is for what person.

I'm trying to figure out how to set up Bookings so as to get our GoToMeeting URL to the customer in one simple step.
