Changes made in reminders are not passed to previous made appointments
You have created a service and set a few reminders. The e-mail reminders which will be received by the customer will be the same as the text in the reminders at the same moment as the booking is created.
The customer makes an appointment 2 weeks later, and he/she will receive a reminder 2 days before.
If the admin made a mistake in the text of the reminder this will not be passed in the reminder of the customer who already made his/her appointment.
For us this is annoying because we send instructions to prepare for the appointment. If something changes in the instructions between the creating date of the appointment and the moment that the reminder is send this change will not be visible for the one who already made the booking.
I can imagine it is not always wanted that changes made in a appointment reminder are passed to all current made appointments.
How to solve this for all scenarios?
When the admin makes a change in a reminder a pop-up should ask if it is wanted to update all reminders in current made appointments.
