Text Notification on phone
All other booking apps in the market have a text notification services. Microsoft booking only allows email notification about upcoming appointments. For a good customer services it better to have email and text notification as reminder to clients. Also an automatic phone call reminder will be an icing on the cake services. Please make this feature available on the Microsoft bookings

THis is a must yes. Specially with our older customers, that almost never check theyr emails.
We need a text/SMS possibility. this is a must have feature to use booking as it should.

Text notification is an option now, but we had to turn it off because it was sending incorrect random appointment times. The student received the initial confirmation text that the appointment is 10am. Then the day before the appointment he received a text saying the appointment was 3pm and there had been no changes. It will still 10am on the calendar. Texting is a must-have feature, but it needs to be accurate!

The addition of a text message reminder would be brilliant, particularly as most of our users are students
YES!!! So many people don't read their emails any more. Texting would be best for reminders. Maybe even have an option for the user to choose whether they want notifications sent to their email or their phone.

SMS notification to customers is a must for this type of service.
E-mail notification is useless.

Without the ability to text, especially to staff, this app is not practical. This is a must have.
Texting is must. Everyone gets too many emails these days, it is very easy to overlook or end up in junk or most of the times customers don't check their emails but almost everyone seem to check their texts instantly.
