You need to place a "MANAGE BOOKINGS" on EVERY email sent to a Customer....NEW, Reminders, etc..They shouldn't have to go to original email to reschedule or cancel. Even have option on their posted appointment in their calendar device.

Unable to figure out how to invite clients into a page so they can manage their bookings once set. The MS bookings page hints that this can be done (Contoso Salon example on https://products.office.com/en-us/business/scheduling-and-booking-app , but this functionality appears to be lacking in the tool itself.
Yes I was confused as to why the reminder email that prompts a customer to cancel is unable to attend - didn't provide a link to do that. This encourages incorrect behaviour of cancelling gin calendar and this not being communicate into Bookings / to staff.
I would love to see this! Currently, we have added the link to the Bookings service in the reminder email, but it requires that someone manually go in and cancel the original appointment. It would be great if customers could manage their appointment from any reminder/confirmation email - including canceling or rescheduling.

"Manage Bookings" does not allow a reschedule option and I can't figure out how to offer the option to reschedule without a client calling in.
Defiantly and also add the "MANAGE BOOKINGS" to the ical attached to the confirmation email.
