Make "Select Staff" mandatory when booking a service
When setting up a service to allow a customer to select a staff member, make it so it's mandatory to select a staff member instead of defaulting to "Anyone."
Currently if they don't select staff and leave it as Anyone, it randomly selects a staff member. For what we are using this for it needs to go to a specific staff member instead of a random staff.

Still not fixed Microsoft?
Workaround:
Create separate Services for each staff member. -

This is such an obvious feature. We really need customers to choose a specific staff member.

We need this too. We would like to disable "Anyone" and require a staff person to be selected.
