Single sign-on SSO with Office 365
It will be nice to allow the Single sign-on SSO function when the customer have already an account in Office 365 to complete directly his informations (name, phone number, mail address, ...)
In order to see also the calendar information of the customer and see directly the slot available before to book something

I frequently have customers sign in with their SSO, then type in a different or incorrect email. This then creates a customer list with many duplicates and errors. It would be so much easier if the SSO autofilled their details.
Agreed. It's particularly frustrating for us because the option to require users to sign into their o365 account just confirms that they have an account. Once signed in, we would like their user info be auto fed to customer fields. Tested this, and the user was able to sign up with wrong name, which was then displayed in the appointment notification emails.
