Send booking notifications to staff in addition to email listed in Business Information
It can be hard for staff members to know they have received a booking since they only receive a calendar invite and in outlook that goes directly to the deleted folder. What would help is to also send the staff member a notification similar to what is sent to the email contact listed in the Business Information.
This feature really needs to be added - right now it is far too easy to get a booking and not spot it in advance.
If I set a reminder with 2 weeks in advance, will it send a reminder if the meeting was booked less than 2 weeks in advance?
There is a workaround that could work for you. When you set up a service, there is an option for "reminders" right underneath the "Notes(internal only)" box.
You can set that with up to 2 weeks in advance, and the system will send an email reminder to whoever you choose (staff or customer or both).
You can set up as many reminders as you want.
