How can we improve Microsoft Bookings?

Do not require email for every staff member

Option to turn off the requirement for every user (Staff) to have an individual/unique e-mail address
In a typical hair salon or other small businesses (car repair garage/beauty salons/training company) the Staff can be temporary or are simply not interested (or required to provide) so individual e-mail addresses are not an option. Also most business have one or two general/global e-mail addresses, i.e. info@ or sales@ so, if these could be used instead against each user, (Staff member) it would be a far better solution.

    We are trying to adapt for room booking. Do not need to assign an email, or if necessary, allow all rooms (staff) under same email.

    I use bookings for booking out laptops at our company, it works perfectly for this sort of thing - obviously, the laptops won't have email adresses so not ideal at the moment...

    Optional email adresses would be great as it would enable a much wider range of uses for this applet
