Allow several customers to book the same appointment.
For exemple for a webinar we need to accept a number of customers previously defined.

I work as an admin for a high school, and it would be a great feature if you where able to allow multiple pupils to sign up for one time slot appointment, rather than as it is now first come first served.

We are looking to abandon 365 bookings due to this limitation, as currently we have to create placebo accounts x60 per booking so they are deducted on booking. its an administrative nightmare that seemingly would be a small development for Microsoft to resolve.

Any feed back on this would be appreciated, as the community are all asking for the same.

Temos um cliente em fase de testes do Bookings, que possui agendamento para esportes coletivos. Para isso precisamos agendar para mais de 1 cliente.

I am part of a small non-profit and we were hoping to reach multiple people with routine emails to save time and focus that time on serving our customers in other ways. thank you

We are a small non-profit and were hoping to reach multiple people with routine emails to save time and focus that time on serving our customers in other ways. We would like to be able to add multiple customer emails to one service/booking.

Bookings is useless to me unless this feature is added. I need to be able to put weekly, recurring events on the calendar/schedule were multiple people can sign up for that time slot.

Service description improve: Allow to add footer notes on service description, for example to mention that something is going to be required (Skype for Online meeting), or to mention about any informational stuff; to examples about the Tax fee, or limited seats...

+1 For each idea below, +2 the possibility to set fixed events (event start - event ends, and seats available/capacity) for courses, seminars, etc.

Agree. My business uses "class" type sessions on a ratio of about 10:1 - 10 clients can participate in a class with 1 instructor. There is no way to set up a booking session that currently allows for this type of business. Yoga classes for example.

Bookings is a great solution for the typical 1 to 1 layout for appointments. But what if we need to plan a 10 person group session, or a presentation that includes 40 people? Scheduling multi seat meetings that tracks available slots would be so helpful!
