I am using the Microsoft Office suite for everything for my business, as naturally, all the Microsoft apps and programs should be able to synchronize. Or, so I thought. I've been trying for years to have one simple integrated sychronized database.

Hi, yes, please realize it - we need this essential feature.
Btw - for me its more a bug report (and not a feature request) that this is not implemented from beginning (and not possible to implement with flow/power automate).
So please just eliminate this bug ;)

Has this been integrated yet or should my company continue to manually create Outlook contacts for every client making an appointment in Bookings? Is there a timeline for the integration?

This is basic Stuff, why otherwise should we use Bookings? There are a bunch of outside solutions that allow it either via Zapier or native. Not even Microsoft's PowerAutomate allows it. This is total nonsense.

Administrators in Bookings should have the option to add client contact details to their Outlook contacts. This seems very obvious to me especially given that there is already the possibility of synchronisation between Bookings and Outlook agendas.

The whole Reason for me for getting office 365 bookings because I thought it sync with both calendar and contacts. It makes no sense that it don't. I have no use for Office booking If it does not have this functionality.

This seems to be at the most basic function level. Why it doesn’t exist is beyond me. The idea that I would have a contact in outlook whose contact profile is not updated when he or she uses books to set an appointment is bizarre. The idea is that all contact info can be seen in one place. Is it not?

We want to synchronize contacts between Bookings (office365) and desktop outlook since it is useful for info sharing among MicroSoft products.
As is known, when a new customer click'booking pages' button to book, their contact info can be added to 'customers' automatically.
We hope that the info can also be added to 'public folder' of desktop outlook automatically.
