I have specific information/forms that need to be filled out when book first appointment. I would like to add this to the "confirmation email" after they book their first visit.
This feature is great, but sometimes, I would like to disable the confirmation email entirely, both for myself and the client.
This is really important as we usually need to add more information than the standard email allows - just optional text fields would do.
We are a multi branded company where requirements of branding emails is a showstopper if this cannot be done within Bookings. Either a connection to Flow or even better to have a html editor in on the Bookings admin portal.
The reminder email too! Both the confirmation and reminder should be customizable for a SPECIFIC PERSON that has been booked. This includes attaching files, sending links, and customizing verbiage. Until then we cannot use this feature and are instead sending separate email confirmation and reminders which is a huge pain.
We have the exact need this person described, but also a few more cases. Some of these people are remotely attending a meeting and need their specific meeting link. This isn't a generic link that can be send to everyone. Others are local attending an in person meeting and need directions and travel reimbursement information.
It would be really useful to be able to use variables especially as we have added bespoke fields which contain vital information.
Add an "immediately after booking" option from email reminders.

Yes! This is needed. In the least, it would help if there was an "immediately after booking" option in the dropdown for creating email reminders. But the ability to customize confirmation emails with html coding, and the ability to attach files, would be even better.

I completely agree. We have forms to be filled out and pdf documents which have to be read before the appointment. So this is very important for us!
This is crucial as Sandie stated, right now I am getting basic company information in body of the confirmation email. This provides no value or direction to the customer as to next steps or what to do on the day of the event.
This is basic but crucial! We can customise the reminder email so why not the confirmation email?

Please add this feature, it's difficult to use bookings when the automatically generated email address that is used to confirm reservation can not be changed and doesn't exist.
It would be nice to customize the email reminders for customers by allowing HTML coding and user inputted data.

For a better service, Business could like to customize email who will be send to customer for confirm and remind the booking (add some tips and advices for a specific service).
