Send a reminder to the customer after the booking
There should be an option to set a reminder email for an existing customer. For example, a customer registers an appointment for an oil change with a local garage. It would be nice to have the system send that customer a reminder every six months that "It's been six months since your last oil change. Click HERE to schedule your next oil change."
This would be very nice. Can then send out surveys post-appointment with MS Forms
This would also be useful for asking customers for feedback and reminding staff to fill out reports.

I would like to see a reminder in a slightly different way. The customer should receive a reminder a period of time (day, week) before the appointment.
