How can we improve Microsoft Bookings?

Allow customers to schedule in a preset time window

Allow customers to grab a time window with the business rather than an explicit time. The business would then have a time range in which to meet with or visit the customer rather than an exact meeting start time that may be logistically difficult to adhere to. For example, think of an appliance delivery... a customer signs-up for a 4 hour time block during which the delivery will be made.

To clarify on what Melissa said since I just spoke with her, is she still wants to be able to set 2 hour time frames, but have the ability to set them 30 minutes at a time. Example: Book customer X for 07:00AM - 09:00AM, Book customer Y for 07:30AM - 09:30AM, Book Customer Z for 08:00AM - 10:00AM.

We already give a wide enough time window for drive time and any other things that could come up but we would like to be able to schedule more people in a day and not just have one customer scheduling take up the full 2 hour time frame. Being able to schedule time windows in increments of 30 minuets would be very useful.
