Location of appointment feature
Regarding locations of meetings, oftentimes my meetings with my clients are over the telephone or video chat. I would like to have those options on the location area of the booking.

In November of 2019 I did a 30 day free trial.e I had the option when booking an appointment to select in the Location Field "Customer address" and it would auto file from the Customer Info at the top of the page the customers' address. We are a service company and we always go to the customers' address to perform the service. Big time saver, however feature was no longer there when I activated Office 365, I opened a Ticket(s) the feature came back for 4 or 5 days, then went away again. For companies that are always going to the customers' homes it is a big time saver as opposed to have to type the whole address again.

I'm sorry, but I can't believe that this feature was overlooked. With remote work becoming so common place, more and more meetings and consults are happening via Skype or Go-To-Meeting. This is a no brainer. Do it.

YES! This is one feature holding me back from using Bookings versus my existing web-based CRM. A drop-down menu with preset meeting locations and the ability to request a new location would be great. As an added bonus, having the ability to select a handful of preferred locations (like main office / Skype / Telephone) to show up at the top of the list then alphabetize the rest would be great.

I'm a real estate agent, and I would love to see functionality added where the customer/client, when making the Booking, could input the location of the booking (i.e. the address of the property we're going to tour). Bookings currently defaults to implying that meeting locations will be at my office, but the vast majority of my single property tours are NOT at my office, they're at a property. Please add the ability for a customer/client to enter in a custom service address. Thanks!

We have multiple satellite offices throughout the city and staff assigned to manage 2-5 offices, where we offer the same services.
So I may have a meeting at location A, could take an appointment right after at location A, then need 30 minutes to travel to Location B where I have one meeting, and then to Location C. The individual should choose the location nearest them.
I'm fine with either a fixed travel time (ie: add a 1hr buffer when a location change is needed) or of course it could leverage Bing Maps to figure out a travel time of 30 minutes and then add my usual 15 minute after buffer.
This is really the only thing bookings needs in my mind.

100% agree with this. I love Bookings so far! I just have multiple sales people who want to book demos, but each has their own "location" which is actually their online conferencing URL. We can't have one for the company, we need this for each staff member for each service.

would like the location to be associated with the user and not the organisation. We will have people in various locations offering the same appointments. clients booking would need to be able to see the location of the free person, otherwise they can book appointments that are potentially to far away to get to

We want our clients to have the ability to request a phone meeting vs a Skype meeting vs a meeting at their offices vs a meeting at our offices. We should also be able to allow only some of the options depending on the type of meeting or even the type of client.

I agree - a drop down when a customers selects a "service" so they can enter an address or pick from a list
