90% of my clients customers are not checking their mails daily, so im in to adding an sms-gateway to Microsoft Bookings :)

UP! In some regions email notification is useless and SMS is everything

Most booking systems do allow this feature so this must be standard, even if that option is being able to select a 3rd party email to SMS service, thus avoiding need for MS to have their own SMS system.
Text message / SMS reminders to staff for bookings at off-site locations (e.g., tutoring service, home repair, etc.)
How can we send auto alert by text message?
Now it seems to be a one way, through email.

Text Reminders would be more valuable to our customers (as opposed to getting them via email).

Allow choice of email or texts or both. Such as email for 2 days ahead, text for 1 day ahead.
This would be a really good option.
