  2. Why can't you forward appointment invitations to fellow employees directly from Bookings?

    I'd like to include other employees in a booking (though not change the primary service provider employee).

  4. Call staff something you cannn costumized,

    Instead of have to call resources Staff, it should be able to be customized by the owner, it could be room, serivce, etc. that would make it much more interesting for bigger business

  9. connected bookings (workshop series with one fixed price)

    I would like to be able to set up workshop series with a fixed price. The customer should be guided through the booking of multiple workshop dates to complete the booking.

  10. Enable me to book for a customerby selecting customer in contacts then the service then the booking slot.

    From the contacts page of either outlook, or the business center, select a contact, then a service, then the staff member and show only available slots in the calendar for the booking. Make the booking without having to enter all the customer details again as these are taken from the contact.

    I want to see a search function so if i need to look up a future or past booking I can. If a client who booked needs to cancel or rebook, i need to find their original and edit it. I dont see this ability.

  12. Expand the multiple day event feature

    I would like to improve on the multiple day event feature.
    We run a program from Mon - Wed (3 Days)
    They must book that time slot. (Starting on the monday)
    When they book the Tuesday Currently, it moves the 3rd day to the following week. (not what we want/need)

    Is it possible to add program availability for a Mon - Wed Time Slot, but only allow the user to book from the monday, not the tuesday or Wednesday?

  14. Access to my in office business colleagues

    I want my staff and other lawyers in our firm to book apts for themselves and for me and visa versus. but so far only I can book. There is no option for granting or denying access to my team members.

  16. Hide job costing from employees.

    I don't want staff to see what we are charging clients for services. The reasoning is simple, staff get the idea that the company is growing fat off their labour without taking into consideration the running costs of the organisation. This leads to discontent and resentment.

  17. I am currently trialling Bookings with a view to replace my current job scheduling app. MB does not seem to have any way of logging time.

    I need to log time against a job. I run a servicing organisation where the client makes a booking, I dispatch a technician who arrives on site, logs a start time, completes the task at hand, logs an end time and leaves for the next job. We cannot estimate the amount of time spent on site so a timer is essential.

  18. email reminders show staff and client in different list

    there is no way to tell if the email reminder in the admin page is for staff or the client, can this be made so it is easier to tell

  20. Dynamic blocks

    Example:
    Doctors see a patient every 15 minutes, but they do not want gaps between appointments. For that it would be useful as blocks of eg. 4 hours can define whose first 2 hours but is visible for the patients to book, until it is filled and then add hours until the block is completely used up.
