  2. Would like text box added for company description at the top of the page.

    Would like to be able to introduce the company in a brief paragraph under logo at top of page. We are using this platform for scheduling candidate interviews, so that would help remind them what company is contacting them to schedule phone interviews.

  3. Direct links to specific staff members

    It would be great if there was a separate page for a certain staff member and/or service type (or a way to generate a url that automatically selects a certain staff member or service).

  5. Windows 10 Mobile App

    Your early adopters (paying) and evangelists, are faithfull Microsoft's product users: many of us use Windows 10 Mobile. Should be imperative to bring it to Windows 10.

  6. Booking with phone number and SMS

    Admin should be able to set whether user need to select location if business have multiple outlets.

    User should be able to use just phone number for booking.

    There should be option to send SMS confirmation as well as SMS reminder to user and email confirmation to respective party as calendar list end of the day rather than individual booking.

    It would be great if has API to transfer book schedule to relevant application for detail for person name information.

    Much need to be improved. It seems very basic now.

  7. Include Manage Booking link in calendar invite ics file

    At the moment, a customer has to go back and find the booking confirmation email if they need to reschedule or cancel a booking. This link should be included in the generated calendar invite.

  8. Allow customer to pick time on a service

    As a feature request, I’d like to be able to present my clients with a default meeting time but also a maximum meeting time. In other words, I would like it if the default could be set to 30 minutes but clients would have the ability via a dropdown menu on the booking details page to select a longer meeting time up to specified maximum if they know they’ll need more than the default (this ability to change the meeting duration on the fly would also justify the use of the word “default” in the booking form setup page).

  9. Require authentication before accessing a Bookings page

    It would be nice to have an option to require authentication (and limited to a group of people) in order to access a particular Bookings page.

    This allows for some services to be restricted and could prevent anonymous bookings from people attacking a site.

  10. Add Comprehensive Reporting Capabilities

    Need to have the ability to run many different reports. For example: List of everyone who signed up and their information. A summary view of what is scheduled and when, Who has been scheduled. etc. etc. Ability to export to enable the data to be worked with. (Excel, CSV, etc.)

  11. RESOURCE or ROOM ELEMENT is necessary to see availabilty of the phisical location

    Hotel Spa for instance needs to know what staff is on schedule but also and EQUALLY important, the available rooms for the services... this is NECESSARY for a booking.

    Tenis for example, where you have limited pists, you must be able to book depending on the "resource" availability and not the staff availability.

    **
    This will bring on the request of a RESOURCE or ROOM calendar view, which as explained, can be even more important than the staff view calendar in many case scenarios.

  12. Send a reminder to the customer after the booking

    There should be an option to set a reminder email for an existing customer. For example, a customer registers an appointment for an oil change with a local garage. It would be nice to have the system send that customer a reminder every six months that "It's been six months since your last oil change. Click HERE to schedule your next oil change."

    Allow business to group services by "type" or "category" to make it easier for customers to find the services they want from a businesses with a large number of offerings.

  14. Have the option of internal reservations (for my corporate users) and not only for external reservations.

    We would like to have the option of internal reservations (for my corporate users) and not just for external reservations. This functionality is very important because we would greatly reduce the development of applications for reservations. We know the purpose of booking is for small businesses, but this is a fantastic feature that greatly reduces development time for internal campaigns.

  15. Reschedule

    When a client tries to reschedule their information are not stored and they need to type e.g their name and email in once more. This can cause some frustration. In this example they accessing their booking via the confirmation mail.

  16. We need a Windows Phone App for a Microsoft Product

    This Microsoft product needs a proper Windows Phone application. Why are iOS and Android having an application and Windows Phone has not? I didn't spend ~800 USD on a HP Premium Business phone to NOT get any applications for Your OWN products. I'm also paying money for a Office 365 service that doesn't even make new services to my platform! Shame!

  18. Search the calendar for customer appointments

    It should be possible to search the bookings calendar for customers and their appointments. When a Customer asks me to tell him his next appointment, I am not able to find it out.

  19. Syncing with Outlook 365

    While the available slots are synced with Bookings it would be useful to actually see your other appointments in Bookings itself, not just the Ines created in Bookings
