  2. Include customer contact information in email notification of appointment.

    When a staff member is alerted of a new appointment, they just receive the time and the customer name. It would be helpful to include the email and phone number in the email notification.

  6. have booking tied to the Tenant Domain name

    as will email the branding is of ultimate importance to our customers. this can not be deployed to customers until the URL is something that is branded both in look ( theme ) and in the client URL. I would suggest a sub domain of https://booking.company.com/

    I like the concept of the product and will be able to leverage this into new and expanded O365 subscriptions but not in it's current form.

  7. website customization

    I've seen some similar requests, but the one I saw that said it was "done" hasn't been done. You have added custom fields, but I want is the ability to add instructions or information to the top of the booking page. Widgets or other things that allow us to customize the look of the booking page and what it says and does would really help us cater it to our needs. Additionally, I would like the option to have service descriptions right under the service name, rather than having to click the (i) beside it to get this information.

  8. Better Customizable Booking Page

    It would be great to be able to choose the colours rather than a pre-set list of styles. Additional sections for the header so that company information and may instructions. Different layouts as well.

  9. The ability to edit the confirmation email that is sent to the staff

    I would like to modify the confirmation email that gets sent to the staff. Especially when it comes to additional customer input fields that are on the booking page. It'd be nice if they would appear on the email instead of navigating to find those customer added notes.

  11. Booking for multiple locations

    Give the option to book the same service in multiple locations. For companies that have offices in two locations like ours, we want clients to be able to book an appointment with one of our partners in either location, depending on which one they are located. The office 365 calendar allows for location entry, and should be coordinated with bookings calendar.

  15. Make "Select Staff" mandatory when booking a service

    When setting up a service to allow a customer to select a staff member, make it so it's mandatory to select a staff member instead of defaulting to "Anyone."
    Currently if they don't select staff and leave it as Anyone, it randomly selects a staff member. For what we are using this for it needs to go to a specific staff member instead of a random staff.

  17. Let me specify "time on" as well as time off

    There are cases where I would just like to have a couple of slots availability to be booked but I don't want to change my "business hours" to reflect this. It would be nice to allow me to specify "time on" just like I can block out time using the time off feature.

  20. Potential issue when staff member cancels using their work Office 365 calendar.

    What if the staff member is ill and only cancels from his calendar? This means both the Administrator and the customer are not notified that the staff member is no longer available for the meeting. We tested this in a meeting today and no one was notified about the staff member's cancellation. It still showed up in Booking.
