Support guest access (staff with non-Office 365 email accounts can use Bookings)
For staff members that don't have an Office 365 account (they might have Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook.com for example), it would be nice to allow them to use Bookings even in some stripped down way. Maybe just be able to see the schedule and make bookings, not manage the settings.

Text message confirmation and reminders
I would like to be able to select a send confirmation to customer via text message option as well as send a reminder via text message instead of just an email

Multiple clients same hour
If I'm visiting different people or giving a presentation to multiple clients I won't be able too program that here. Their should be an option si I can set max clients per hour or meeting

From the Bookings app, on calendar page. It would be beneficial to have a video call option within customer contact details.
Currently you are able to call and email directly fro the app but not video call.

user friendliness and convenience
I recently started using the Bookings app, unfortunately I had to switch back to using my old calendar/appointment booking app because of user friendliness and convenience. I have a few suggestions, as I would love to use this app in the future.
when an appointment has been booked, show who the appointment is booked with. Now I have to click on the appointment to see details.

Filtering Callander by customer
In the Callander it should be possible to filter by customers not only by staff.

Add a signature block for the customer to sign to show the appointment booked was completed to their satisfaction.
The booking app is a great idea but needs some features to close out the appointment showing is was completed to the customers satisfaction. This would help on the billing side to show the customer has signed something showing they are satisfied with the job.

Suggest feature
Hi guys! We love the app but I would like to suggest a couple of things to help the be more user and Client friendly. I’ve been using a lot in the past different booking application and here what you guys are missing :
•First of the app doesn’t turn sideways when using it on an iPad, since most POS are using iPads now (square) It would be basic needs to have it turn sideways.
• second it would be great to have to option to add repeat bookings for clients who want to reserve their appointment let’s say the…

Book meeting for any time rather than every 15 minutes...
The iOS app is useless to us sadly as you can only book meetings in 15 minute intervals - more disappointing when I know this is possible on the web interface.
Please can we get this changed so we can book meetings for any time rather than 15 min intervals??

I would like the app to pull in the details from the exchange 365 calendars that sync with Bookings.
It would be nice to be able to see the details of calender items that are entered in other ways other then thru Bookings. Currently, those items simply show up as "busy" and it doesn't show me what that calender item is.

iPad/Android Tablet version for SME admin

My suggestion is to provide iPad/Android Tablet version for SME admins and separate for Customers / now we use iPhone version of the app!

Customer information on iOS app
On the web I can add some extra info to each Customer, like some www links - I see this as an opportunity to use OneDrive in combination with Bookings to store Customer specific information on OneDrive for each Customer.
But!
These links are only visible in Customer card when using web version of Bookings. In the iOS app I see only e-mail, phone and notes for the Customer.
You need to customize the app so that all of the filled Customer fields are visible also in the iOS app.
