  1. Notify if auto-assigned or booker selected

    We have multiple staff available to deliver services, but some customers prefer certain staff. When we receive a booking notification we need to know if the operator was auto-assigned or selected/preferred. This was we can have some freedom to reallocate if needed, without having to tell the reporter that their preferred resource is sick or otherwise unavailable unexpectedly. Thanks all.

  2. Need overlapping time slots for different length services.

    I have two services. One for 4 hours (two slots per day) and one for 8 hours (one slot per day). I need to be able to set up hours as follows:
    9-1
    1:30 - 5:30
    9 - 5

    So that if customer needs a full day service there is a slot showing IF nobody has booked one of the half-days.

  3. Book different time for each week

    Book different timeslots for different weeks
    One week I might have night shift Monday and the next week on Wednesday. I wonder why the booking site only work on weekly repetitive timeslots instead of by dates in a calender like the front-end page. It is a hassle to use the (Free time function in the calendar to control this.)

    date la possibilità di inserire nome e cognome in testa (adesso c'e' solo nome), o ancora meglio di personalizzare i campi come in form.

  6. Hi there, I cannot see how to make sure a booking customer includes their Company name. I need to have this information in the booking.

    We should be allowed to define whether our customers are primarily businesses or individuals. My customers are businesses with individuals as contacts. The bookings only seem to support individuls as customers. I cannot even see how to make sure they put their company name on the booking?

  7. Add an ongoing availability schedule for staff details (not just a weekly view)

    In the staff details with availability, instead of having a set schedule of one week for setting availability, it would be more helpful to have an ongoing calendar where you can change the staff person's availability for certain days and times. There are times when a regular schedule applies, but other times when it's just easier to block out certain days and times that don't flow with the regular schedule. Then you don't have to worry about people still being able to schedule because something was missed on your synced calendar because you can adjust it based on the actual…

  8. Poder reservar en un mismo día y horario dos servicios diferentes

    Cuando se reserva un servicio un día y horario particular. Se quita esa disponibilidad para todos los servicios.
    Los calendarios de reservas deberían ser particularmente para cada servicio

  11. Email button in Bookings Calendar

    When you click on a booking in the Bookings calendar page having a button to email the customer would be much easier than having to go through the whole edit customer details area to get it.

  14. Hi, we are in much need of an option to set an end date for reservations for a service.

    we use bookings for our employees to schedule a replacement for their computers but we lack an option to specify an end date. As it is now our employees can schedule 3 months ahead indefinitely.

  15. Search Field

    It would be nice to be able to search the calendar for specific people. A lot of times outside parties will call to see if someone has booked an appointment with our agency and there is not way to do a broad search for a specific person.

  16. Allow customer to pick time on a service

    As a feature request, I’d like to be able to present my clients with a default meeting time but also a maximum meeting time. In other words, I would like it if the default could be set to 30 minutes but clients would have the ability via a dropdown menu on the booking details page to select a longer meeting time up to specified maximum if they know they’ll need more than the default (this ability to change the meeting duration on the fly would also justify the use of the word “default” in the booking form setup page).

  17. Include customer contact information in email notification of appointment.

    When a staff member is alerted of a new appointment, they just receive the time and the customer name. It would be helpful to include the email and phone number in the email notification.

  19. Require authentication before accessing a Bookings page

    It would be nice to have an option to require authentication (and limited to a group of people) in order to access a particular Bookings page.

    This allows for some services to be restricted and could prevent anonymous bookings from people attacking a site.
