  1. Round robin assignments

    When automatically booking a service using the "Anyone" option for "Select Staff", allow use of a round robin approach to booking the staff member. Based on who was assigned the last booking, move to the next person in the list of people to be assigned, rather than simply first available or first in the list.

  2. Add an opt-in checkbox for accepting the privacy policy of the website. (GDPR)

    According to the GDPR Microsoft Bookings appears as a contact form that allows making a contract. Esp. when the bookings page is embedded to a website there needs to be a checkbox to opt in to privacy policy of the service provide (seller).

  3. Allow Custom Duration to be set by Customer

    Let the Customer set the duration time, so they can choose to book out an hour or 5 1/2 hours, whatever they want.

  4. Enable local timezone

    Make it possible for the system to detect the booker's timezone and match it to that of the 'bookee'. If the bookee is in GMT and the booker is CET - the booker should see the availability in CET.

  5. invitation

    We are using Bookings internally and would prefer for the person booking an appointment to receive a meeting invitation after they book their appointment. Today, they receive an email with an ICS file that they can then manually add to their calendar but having it come through as a meeting invitation would be useful. Maybe this could be an option to enable or disable the option to send a meeting invitation or ICS file.

  7. Service/Staff options.

    We are evaluating MS Bookings in University environment for booking lab equipment. For us service is lab time, staff is equipment. It would be great to have more customisation options on Booking page so "Select Staff (optional)" could be changed for example to "Select Equipment" or "Select Lab" depending on use case. Big problem is that Staff (in my case equipment calendars) is not alphabetically listed. We have many departments that have 50+ calendars in use - having them in alphabetical order would is crucial. Same applies to list of services. Our services are 15mins, 30mins, 60mins, 120mins (and so…

  8. Allow customers to choose their time zone on the Booking Page

    In cases where customers are spread across time zones, they should be able to see the times listed on my Booking Page in a time zone that makes sense for them.

  9. Ability to assign staff to a specific location

    It would be helpful if there was a way to customize staff so that staff members could be assigned to a specific location and customers would be auto-assigned a staff person based on location.

  11. Terms and Conditions listed as Terms of Sale in E-mails

    In the e-mail sent to customers, the confirmation has links for Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. However, in the business information settings, Terms of Sale is listed as Terms and Conditions. The e-mail should reflect the same language so as to not confuse customers since they need to accept these on the bookings page.

  13. Fixed dates per Service

    We are using the bookings app in our non profit organisation to provide several services within our community.

    Let me explain two of them. We are offering to present an idea from people within our community at our monthly meeting every first thursday each month. on a fixed time schedual 7.45 - 9.00 pm and want to give the person some timewindow of max. 20min to present their idea. Only on this meeting.

    the second service we are offering is a speedregistration device to monitoring a certain street only within our city borders off driver behavior regarding the maximum speed…

  15. Allow only one Booking with current URL

    We need to send out Emails with the Link to the Booking which allows the recipient to create ONE Booking.
    Now everybody with the deeplink can spam out calendars with new bookings.
