  1. Allow change of Font color of dates on Bookings Calendar

    The background change on selection is good, but there needs to be a way to change the color of available days so it is more obvious that they are available before they are selected. Maybe have the font match the theme color. Unavailable days are shown as light gray font and available days are black font. This is not much contrast. I have had some people say they didn't realize that future dates were available.

  2. Ability to Mark different statuses.

    We'd like to be able to mark/export the status of the Booking. We need to know if someone attended, rescheduled, no-showed, etc. This would be very helpful for our processes.

  3. Allow for tentative bookings/ reservations and then a final confirmation .

    This would allow internal users to be able to schedule more effectively when offering clients a number of potential dates and the client then confirms their chosen date.
    There should then also be the ability to reschedule/cancel or track no shows.

  4. Set service hours like you can set business hours. F

    For services have the ability to set business hours. For example, you only offer consulting services in the mornings from 9 am - 11 am. And in the afternoon you offer tours from 1 pm - 4 pm.

    Make it similar to the business hours pages just within the services section.

  7. The order of staffs on the booking page in Microsoft Bookings

    Our customers want the Select staff pull-down menu to list names of people in the alphabetic/kana order when they choose a specific person for the booking in the pull-down menu. It would make it easier to find the specific staff.

  8. Client access to cancel and reschedule the appointment.

    I would like client's to have access to cancel and easily reschedule there appointment (e.g., within 24 r 48 hours) and re-schedule to another date and time

  9. Possibility to add restrictions to services

    It would be great to add a restriction (setting) to a certain service. Example, I want a certain service to be available only at a certain time of the week/day.

  10. Send booking notifications to staff in addition to email listed in Business Information

    It can be hard for staff members to know they have received a booking since they only receive a calendar invite and in outlook that goes directly to the deleted folder. What would help is to also send the staff member a notification similar to what is sent to the email contact listed in the Business Information.

  11. Customization

    Would love to be able to customize the appearance, the information wanted/needed from prospect, and many other features offered by Acuity Scheduling and vCita. Prospects are not fond of having to scroll down the page to book, would prefer to slide to next set of requested information. Prospects also don’t like to be asked too much personal information such as their address (even though it says optional) this causes them not to book an evaluation through Bookings. Would love to have prospect information be sent to my software to save time on having to input their information as well as…

  12. notes - for me too see but not for client to see

    when my staff makes a booking with a new client, i like them to provide me with some notes so i know why the client is coming to see me. maybe how the client ws referred to me, that the client speaks poor english etc i dont want the client to see these notes, but i want to see them when i am sent a notification that someone has booked and again when i am reminded of the apt.

  13. Allow bookings for one staff with multiple locations

    I have staff who work in multiple locations and need to differentiate which days appointments can be made at each location but still be linked to their one calendar.

  14. video call

    From the Bookings app, on calendar page. It would be beneficial to have a video call option within customer contact details.

    Currently you are able to call and email directly fro the app but not video call.

  15. Use alias email for guest staff

    We are using Bookings in a school salon environment. We don't assign staff in bookings, we assign beds / chairs. Why can't I use an alias email address (assign an alias address per bed) to be used for staff contact when a booking is made for each respective staff/bed? When you try to use an alias, it says you cant save it right now try later. Later never comes. If I change the mail address it works fine. Again, why can't I use an alias since the "staff" is not actually staff. It represents a bed that can be used…

  16. We need Bookings for Ressources not only Employee.

    This Booking Systemis only for Employees.
    But if you are a Hotel or Restaurant you need Tabels or Rooms booked.

    Add Resources like Tables and Rooms.
    or let the admin create there own bookable Resources.

    Not every company have bookable Employee but bookable Resources.

  17. Add "Company Name" to Customer Form

    When I get a booking I get the following info.

    Name:
    Email:
    Phone Number:
    Address:

    If I want to capture the company name, I have to add it as a custom field and it displays in a separate section of the form.
    If the user misses the custom required field the message says:

    "Missing information
    Some required information is missing
    Please provide the following:
    Required additional information"

    Adding a Company field would resolve this and make to form submission process more streamlined for those of us booking appointments with companies, not just individuals.

  18. Enable radio type or dropdown custom fields

    Custom fields on the booking page are only text fields currently. With radio type or dropdown custom fields, it would be possible for the customer to choose an answer from a limited list of answers.
