  2. ABILITY TO PRINT DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY APPOINTMENTS

    Would love to be able to print the days appointments in the morning so we can see customer info such as name, phone #, email, etc.

    Allow for the creation of additional booking pages for each service or the option to have a particular service pre-selected.

  5. Option to require multiple staff members available

    Setup so that if a job requires two staff members, there must be two staff members available for the requested booking times.

  6. Connect to LinkedIn: Add a "Book Now" to your LinkedIn Page

  7. Suggest feature

    Hi guys! We love the app but I would like to suggest a couple of things to help the be more user and Client friendly. I’ve been using a lot in the past different booking application and here what you guys are missing :

    •First of the app doesn’t turn sideways when using it on an iPad, since most POS are using iPads now (square) It would be basic needs to have it turn sideways.

    • second it would be great to have to option to add repeat bookings for clients who want to reserve their appointment let’s say the…

  8. The availability of staffs to be set with specific time in Microsoft Bookings

    It would be convenient if I could set the business hours of a staff to be more specifically, for example, setting one’s available day of a week to be first and third Monday of a month. This makes it easier to manage person’s availability, because staffs are not always available on the same day on the week and time.

  9. We need Bookings for Ressources not only Employee.

    This Booking Systemis only for Employees.
    But if you are a Hotel or Restaurant you need Tabels or Rooms booked.

    Add Resources like Tables and Rooms.
    or let the admin create there own bookable Resources.

    Not every company have bookable Employee but bookable Resources.

  10. Allow Global Admins to access all Bookings sites

    Allow Global Admins to access all Bookings sites. This would be especially beneficial if someone created a site and is now gone. The Global Admin could review the site and deal with or delete as necessary.

  11. Customizable service availability

    It would be great if Services have the same option re Availability as Staff.
    I have staff providing consuelling services in couple locations. Staff operates half week in one and half in other location. What is required is that Service @ locationA has availability Mon-Tue and Service @ location B has Availability Wed-Fri for the same staff member. This way we can limit service provision of staff member depending on service location chosen.

    why cant I remove myself, the other person listed has admin rights as well but it wont allow me to remove myself as staff

  13. Allow specific times to be available

    Because the service is available from 09:30 when I put one hour appointments in the appointments start at 10:00.

    If I change it to half hourly time we lose at least one available slot because people create gaps unintentionally

    We also can't book breaks

  14. When creating custom fields with questions, you should be able rearrange the question you've created in the order you want them presented. R

    When creating custom fields with questions, you should be able rearrange the question you've created in the order you want them presented. Right now, you have to either start over again or repeat the questions in the order you want them presented and delete the questions.
    The same goes for the drop down boxes. When you've added several items you cannot rearrange them. Also, if you have created one box too many there is not a way to delete it.

  15. Need Reporting Feature

    The service actually works well, but will not be a stand-alone replacement for other third-party scheduling options until you have a report function. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to show total number of appointments and be able to sort by day/week/year/customer/service/Calendar at a minimum.

    Remove as much of the "branding" as possible so it can be fully embedded (transparently) in a website.

  17. Allow 45 minute appointments to be booking on the half hour after a 1 hour break

    Currently unable to have 45 minute appointments running from 9 till 12:30, then 45 minutes starting at 12:30 - the next appointment would start at 12:45

  19. Offer different services for different time slots

    Would be great to have different services available at different times. For example we have a business hours service and an after business hours service that are at different rates.

    The available dates are not quite dark enough. The first available shows up with a highlight - the other available dates need the same thing or at least be bold - more bold than they are now. Thank you,
