Duplicate services
When creating services, I'd like to be able to duplicate them so that I don't need to re-select all options. Sometimes the difference is time. I can have a 25- or 55-minute appointment. To create the 55-minute service, I'd like to copy it and just change the title rather than have to reenter all of the reminders, forms questions, and so on.

Can I make a staff member an administrator instead of a 'Guest"?
When i add a new staff member they can only be added as a 'Guest', it doesn't let me make them an 'Administrator' and therefore they cant make bookings themselves.

Duplicate Bookings Calendar
We have multiple locations (more than 100), so it would be very useful to have a way to make a copy or duplicate an existing Bookings page to use as a template for a new one. We wouldn't want to copy the customers or staff, but being able to copy the hours, services, customized look and logo would make setup much easier when you have multiple locations.

It would be usefull if you could publish 'events' to the calender and allow customers to book onto the event.
Instead of an open calendar, allow the publication of 'events' that customers can book on to. Event details to include, price, location, date, time, title and details. Additional event variables should also be considered, for example capacity (# attendees), duration, booking widows, cancellation windows and links to payment methods. This would be fantastic! Especially if it could link to QuickBooks!

user friendliness and convenience
I recently started using the Bookings app, unfortunately I had to switch back to using my old calendar/appointment booking app because of user friendliness and convenience. I have a few suggestions, as I would love to use this app in the future.
when an appointment has been booked, show who the appointment is booked with. Now I have to click on the appointment to see details.

Introduce last name field
Some customer don’t include their last name as the form only asks for name. It would be great if you had two fields for first name and last name. Then the business could decide if they wanted to make the last name field mandatory.

Better Customizable Booking Page
It would be great to be able to choose the colours rather than a pre-set list of styles. Additional sections for the header so that company information and may instructions. Different layouts as well.

Need to search names/appointment details.
I add questions to the booking process that help me identify the customer's needs. I then have to cross-reference the appointment request in Outlook to find the date/time of their appointment to add more details. Would be nice to a) be able to search in the bookings page b) link directly from the Outlook announcement to the actual appointment details (so I don't have to page through).
