    If clients misplaced or did not receive a confirmation email is there a way they could email and automatically get their appointment time sent to them?

  2. Allow split in work week/week view.

    Being able to see the schedule in week chunks is essential for elegant scheduling. Currently, the scheduler may split out the daily view by staff member, but not weekly view. As such, the scheduler must click on a time and reference any staff conflicts in the appointment scheduling box instead of being able to simply view the Office 365 appointments as busy while in week or work week view. This could be easily accomplished by allowing weekly schedule viewing by staff member instead of as an organization only.

    Hello!

    My suggestion is to provide iPad/Android Tablet version for SME admins and separate for Customers / now we use iPhone version of the app!

  7. [iOS] Send customer emails via Outlook instead of the Mail app

    Clicking the "email" button for customers in the app always opens the iOS mail app. I would like to send emails using Outlook app instead.

    We take deposits from our customers to secure a booking, it would be great if there was a way of marking that the deposit had been received, or a reminder to send the customer asking for the deposit and how to pay

    Re send intro email that has link to reschedule the appointment. If not sent originally it does not appear there is an option to send later!

    It would be interesting to have an appointment where the event will happens once a day, in a fixed time.

    for instance, training will start on May 19ath at 10:00 and 14:00. customers could book only on these times.

  18. Receipt/invoice generation for in-office booking

    If a person comes into the office to book, it would be nice if we could print a receipt/invoice for them, which will allow us to save our receipt on-file, as well as provide proof of payment to the client.

We have noticed that there is a long delay revising availability so there is always a risk of clients booking a date and time which is no longer available whilst they are still filling the form and finalising their appointment on the booking page.

    Also how about allowing more editing functions on the booking page to make it more friendly and personal rather than just a cold booking form!
