Potential issue when staff member cancels using their work Office 365 calendar.
What if the staff member is ill and only cancels from his calendar? This means both the Administrator and the customer are not notified that the staff member is no longer available for the meeting. We tested this in a meeting today and no one was notified about the staff member's cancellation. It still showed up in Booking.

Book different time for each week
Book different timeslots for different weeks
One week I might have night shift Monday and the next week on Wednesday. I wonder why the booking site only work on weekly repetitive timeslots instead of by dates in a calender like the front-end page. It is a hassle to use the (Free time function in the calendar to control this.)24 votes -
Booking for multiple locations
Give the option to book the same service in multiple locations. For companies that have offices in two locations like ours, we want clients to be able to book an appointment with one of our partners in either location, depending on which one they are located. The office 365 calendar allows for location entry, and should be coordinated with bookings calendar.

Add an ongoing availability schedule for staff details (not just a weekly view)
In the staff details with availability, instead of having a set schedule of one week for setting availability, it would be more helpful to have an ongoing calendar where you can change the staff person's availability for certain days and times. There are times when a regular schedule applies, but other times when it's just easier to block out certain days and times that don't flow with the regular schedule. Then you don't have to worry about people still being able to schedule because something was missed on your synced calendar because you can adjust it based on the actual…

The order of staffs on the booking page in Microsoft Bookings
Our customers want the Select staff pull-down menu to list names of people in the alphabetic/kana order when they choose a specific person for the booking in the pull-down menu. It would make it easier to find the specific staff.

Search Field
It would be nice to be able to search the calendar for specific people. A lot of times outside parties will call to see if someone has booked an appointment with our agency and there is not way to do a broad search for a specific person.

Provide the ability for the person accepting the booking to validate if the customer actually attended, which can then be reported on.
Add functionality for the person accepting the booking to tick a box, or not, if the customer attended or not. This would be great information to report on.

Booking type - Add event type
Allow other types of bookings, the appointment doesn’t accommodate training/education bookings.
It would be useful to be able to create x amount of events, that customers could book.
As a education / training facility, I would prefer to create X amount of training sessions 6 months ahead.
The event type bookings, should also be displayed in a list form, for customers to book on the booking site.
Event type booking, would allow other types of businesses to use bookings.

Direct Links for certain services
Direct links for specific services (say I wanted to book a one-on-one and that link to a client) All the other calendar booking services do this, please include this feature.

Provide ability to provide more creative/customized look to Bookings Calendar Header.
Currently the header of the Bookings Calendar does not allow for creativity in which to better apply our company "brand" to the header. We would like the ability to bring more creativity to the content within the Bookings calendar header.

Customize the Calendar Invite that is sent to the customer
It would be useful to be able to customize what is displayed in the body of the ICS file that is sent to the customer when they schedule a meeting. For example, if you use skype for the meetings, you could put your skype information in the body for the customer to know how to join the meeting.

Booking cancellation sync to Outlook
When cancelling a Booking from the Bookings 'Calendar' this does not sync to the Outlook calendar that Bookings is linked too.
This means the slot is freed up on Bookings, but no in Outlook so a 'duplicate' entry is shown.

Allow for Transparency in Logo
Why can't I upload a transparent Logo to display on the themes colors? Why do I have to choose a background color for the image and then a separate background color for the banner it displays on?
Please add a "transparent" Color option for the company logo.

Allow customer to select a time range instead of hourly blocks
Give customer the option to book a custom time range. This is specifically for meeting room bookings in a business centre, having the option to choose a number of hours, managed in 30 minute intervals.

Text Notification on phone
All other booking apps in the market have a text notification services. Microsoft booking only allows email notification about upcoming appointments. For a good customer services it better to have email and text notification as reminder to clients. Also an automatic phone call reminder will be an icing on the cake services. Please make this feature available on the Microsoft bookings
