  1. Language selectable

    We work on an international market. The comany is dutch but the reservations are made by germans and french. Make the booking site language selectable otherwise the product is useless to us!

  2. Terms and Conditions listed as Terms of Sale in E-mails

    In the e-mail sent to customers, the confirmation has links for Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. However, in the business information settings, Terms of Sale is listed as Terms and Conditions. The e-mail should reflect the same language so as to not confuse customers since they need to accept these on the bookings page.

  4. Fixed dates per Service

    We are using the bookings app in our non profit organisation to provide several services within our community.

    Let me explain two of them. We are offering to present an idea from people within our community at our monthly meeting every first thursday each month. on a fixed time schedual 7.45 - 9.00 pm and want to give the person some timewindow of max. 20min to present their idea. Only on this meeting.

    the second service we are offering is a speedregistration device to monitoring a certain street only within our city borders off driver behavior regarding the maximum speed…

    I would like to see more details of the booking i.e. time created, audit of change history, who originally made booking (staff or client)

    We should be able to pass data to other applications (marketing automation, sms integration etc) Please give us webhook events such as OnEventAdded, OnEventChanged, and OnEventRemoved along with the data from the booking in json format.

  12. Allow bookings for one staff with multiple locations

    I have staff who work in multiple locations and need to differentiate which days appointments can be made at each location but still be linked to their one calendar.

  13. Attachment to email reminders

    I would like the option to attach a generic form (PDF) to all the email reminders so the customer has it before there appointment.

  14. Comfirmation sent to client only after approved by me

    Once the client books, I should get be able to get an email to Accept, Decline or Suggest Another Time option. If I accept then, only then should the client get a confirmation email. If I decline, the client should get an email stating that the booking has not been confirmed. If I suggest a different time, then the client should get an email and given the choice of approving, declining or suggest another time for the booking.

  15. Add "Company Name" to Customer Form

    When I get a booking I get the following info.

    Name:
    Email:
    Phone Number:
    Address:

    If I want to capture the company name, I have to add it as a custom field and it displays in a separate section of the form.
    If the user misses the custom required field the message says:

    "Missing information
    Some required information is missing
    Please provide the following:
    Required additional information"

    Adding a Company field would resolve this and make to form submission process more streamlined for those of us booking appointments with companies, not just individuals.

  16. Customize other Parts of the Template

    I am planning to use Booking to disciplinary data and assign detention. I would like to be ale to customize other parts of the template. For example, instead of using the term 'Services,' I would like to use 'Infraction.'

  17. Enable bookings per person not per organisation

    Enable booking capability for individual people - an engineer for example to visit sites or business owner to meet with third parties outside of his business. Enable this for all O365 users and not just for the organisation.

  18. Vector image allowed for Logo upload

    The allowed file type for the uploaded logo should include vector images, which do not distort. The reminder & confirmation emails do not maintain the resolution of the uploaded because it is being resized within the email. This distortion would not happen with a vector image.
