allow appointments with multiple staff members
Allow customers to book an appointment with multiple staff members, like being able to have a support person and a primary person on the same appointment.

Can we please be able to enter re-curring weekly bookings?
Weekly site meetings are a real pain to enter individually. Please can you add a 're-curring' weekly option.

website customization
I've seen some similar requests, but the one I saw that said it was "done" hasn't been done. You have added custom fields, but I want is the ability to add instructions or information to the top of the booking page. Widgets or other things that allow us to customize the look of the booking page and what it says and does would really help us cater it to our needs. Additionally, I would like the option to have service descriptions right under the service name, rather than having to click the (i) beside it to get this information.

Name first in outlook appointment
Have the option to have the customer name listed first on the outlook calendar rather than the service, so that it is easier to find a certain customer on your schedule when they want to confirm times. I have many calendars up at once, and the names are cut off when teh service is listed first.

Booking for multiple locations
Give the option to book the same service in multiple locations. For companies that have offices in two locations like ours, we want clients to be able to book an appointment with one of our partners in either location, depending on which one they are located. The office 365 calendar allows for location entry, and should be coordinated with bookings calendar.

The ability to edit the confirmation email that is sent to the staff
I would like to modify the confirmation email that gets sent to the staff. Especially when it comes to additional customer input fields that are on the booking page. It'd be nice if they would appear on the email instead of navigating to find those customer added notes.

Potential issue when staff member cancels using their work Office 365 calendar.
What if the staff member is ill and only cancels from his calendar? This means both the Administrator and the customer are not notified that the staff member is no longer available for the meeting. We tested this in a meeting today and no one was notified about the staff member's cancellation. It still showed up in Booking.

Include customer contact information in email notification of appointment.
When a staff member is alerted of a new appointment, they just receive the time and the customer name. It would be helpful to include the email and phone number in the email notification.

Text Notification on phone
All other booking apps in the market have a text notification services. Microsoft booking only allows email notification about upcoming appointments. For a good customer services it better to have email and text notification as reminder to clients. Also an automatic phone call reminder will be an icing on the cake services. Please make this feature available on the Microsoft bookings

Booking type - Add event type
Allow other types of bookings, the appointment doesn’t accommodate training/education bookings.
It would be useful to be able to create x amount of events, that customers could book.
As a education / training facility, I would prefer to create X amount of training sessions 6 months ahead.
The event type bookings, should also be displayed in a list form, for customers to book on the booking site.
Event type booking, would allow other types of businesses to use bookings.

Allow more than one person to attend a booking
I run coding courses for adults and children. A booking lasts 4 hours and the maximum number of attendees is 20. A system that can manage this would be brilliant.

Direct links for specific services (say I wanted to book a one-on-one and that link to a client) All the other calendar booking services do this, please include this feature.

Allow customer to pick time on a service
As a feature request, I’d like to be able to present my clients with a default meeting time but also a maximum meeting time. In other words, I would like it if the default could be set to 30 minutes but clients would have the ability via a dropdown menu on the booking details page to select a longer meeting time up to specified maximum if they know they’ll need more than the default (this ability to change the meeting duration on the fly would also justify the use of the word “default” in the booking form setup page).

No Auto Assign Staff
Do not automatically assign a staff when customer book an appointment when "Allow customers to choose a specific person for the booking" is unchecked.

Booking cancellation sync to Outlook
When cancelling a Booking from the Bookings 'Calendar' this does not sync to the Outlook calendar that Bookings is linked too.
This means the slot is freed up on Bookings, but no in Outlook so a 'duplicate' entry is shown.

Restrict Services Availability To Certain Days Or Times
Just like we can assign availability for Staff, please allow us to assign availability for each of our Services. For example, there are certain Services that we only offer during certain times of day. At first, we thought that would just create a Staff member that was only "available" during that time of day. However, the problem is that our Staff member can also perform other services, so we want them available for all services. We really need Bookings to block or include availability on a Service level as well.
