    I would like to be able to create different questions for different services I offer. Currently if I create a new service the exact same questions first created will come up for every service and that is not relevant.

  2. possible to show full calendar as a web page

    So it can be displayed in day/week format on tv screens (information) in lobby
    so the people that book rooms can see in the calendar that the room is ocupied

  3. Allow change of Font color of dates on Bookings Calendar

    The background change on selection is good, but there needs to be a way to change the color of available days so it is more obvious that they are available before they are selected. Maybe have the font match the theme color. Unavailable days are shown as light gray font and available days are black font. This is not much contrast. I have had some people say they didn't realize that future dates were available.

  4. Customize Bookings page display (that Customer sees)

    Allow business to specify how services display on the Bookings page. Example: First, second, third service.

  5. Allow 45 minute appointments to be booking on the half hour after a 1 hour break

    Currently unable to have 45 minute appointments running from 9 till 12:30, then 45 minutes starting at 12:30 - the next appointment would start at 12:45

  6. Force client to choose a staff member.

    New clients are failing to see that they need to choose a Staff member. As a result, the system seems to default to the first staff member listed. if there is only 1 staff member have system default to that person. If there are 2 or more staff members, force the client to choose a specific staff member. This is creating a lot of confusion.

  7. Set service hours like you can set business hours. F

    For services have the ability to set business hours. For example, you only offer consulting services in the mornings from 9 am - 11 am. And in the afternoon you offer tours from 1 pm - 4 pm.

    Make it similar to the business hours pages just within the services section.

  10. Dynamic blocks

    Example:
    Doctors see a patient every 15 minutes, but they do not want gaps between appointments. For that it would be useful as blocks of eg. 4 hours can define whose first 2 hours but is visible for the patients to book, until it is filled and then add hours until the block is completely used up.

  12. Automated Policy Form based on customer information

    The idea is this. After the customer data is inputted there is a custom agreement form that is generated with all pertinent customer information with any associated policies within the business. It would allow for the printing of this form and for the customer to then sign. Also, an esignature feature would be nice.

  13. Requester Adjustable Appointment Length/Reoccurring Bookings/Exporting Data

    Bookings is really great but to use for our organization the requestor would need to be able to select varying appointment lengths. Is this currently possible and I'm missing it?

    Also allowing bookers to check a box for reoccuring bookings would be great, and the ability to export into excel to track usage at the end of the year is a must. Am I missing how you can do that as well?

  15. Control what is displayed and in what order for each appointment on the Calendar

    Due to the order of what is displayed, the customers name is not visible. Would be nice to put first and last name on the Calendar.

  16. offer certain services only at particular days

    I offer different services during week and weekends. it would be nice if a service can be specified to be only offered during the weekend, or during weekdays

  17. add starting time for services

    I offer different services eg, morning, evening and night shift services. all start at certain times (8 am, 5 pm and 11 pm). These services should not be booked in successive order eg a night shift (11 pm) can't be followed by a morning booking. this can be achieved with buffer time, but I need my services to start at certain times

  18. One-time links

    It would be nice to be able to send someone a booking link that only works once. In some professions, we don't have an open booking policy, but want to privately send a client a link to book an appointment. We don't want the client to be able to re-use that link at a whim, as is the current system. Links that expire, or can be used once, would be one way to handle this.

  19. Need Reporting Feature

    The service actually works well, but will not be a stand-alone replacement for other third-party scheduling options until you have a report function. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to show total number of appointments and be able to sort by day/week/year/customer/service/Calendar at a minimum.

  20. Add "Company Name" to Customer Form

    When I get a booking I get the following info.

    Name:
    Email:
    Phone Number:
    Address:

    If I want to capture the company name, I have to add it as a custom field and it displays in a separate section of the form.
    If the user misses the custom required field the message says:

    "Missing information
    Some required information is missing
    Please provide the following:
    Required additional information"

    Adding a Company field would resolve this and make to form submission process more streamlined for those of us booking appointments with companies, not just individuals.
