  1. Get staff contact information on Manage Staff page from Office 365 licenses or azure users.

    We set up multiple Bookings pages, one for each office. When creating the Bookings and adding staff under the Manage Staff page, the staff is initially our 365 licenses assignees with the emails filled in. That's great, but the phone information is blank. It would be nice to auto populate the phone from their account information.

  2. Expand the multiple day event feature

    I would like to improve on the multiple day event feature.
    We run a program from Mon - Wed (3 Days)
    They must book that time slot. (Starting on the monday)
    When they book the Tuesday Currently, it moves the 3rd day to the following week. (not what we want/need)

    Is it possible to add program availability for a Mon - Wed Time Slot, but only allow the user to book from the monday, not the tuesday or Wednesday?

  4. Add description of the service and use Square POS

    I would love to have a area where you can add more descriptive service. I do Wedding and Portrait photography, and I would love to add a better description of the service the client will be getting.

    Also have integration with Square POS will be great.

  5. Issue with Custom Fields

    When you choose required for a custom field and it is a drop down box, if a client has to reschedule it forces the customer to choose a new option for that custom field . It gives the client an error but does not tell them what the error is. Only through trial and error we found that you need to change the value in the custom field then change it to the correct one.

  6. include compagny in bookings e-mails

    The e-mail received after someone made a booking does not include all the info we need to see.
    i've created a COMPAGNY field in my bookings and now i would realy need to see that information inside the e-mail we receive. WE WOULD NEED TO BE ABLE TO DESING THE E-MAIL so we could decide witch fields to show and how to show it.
    Also, my prospects and customers are bilingual, it would be nice to desing a french and an English booking for the same product so we could fit the link to the correct language.. each booking service…

  10. Offer different services for different time slots

    Would be great to have different services available at different times. For example we have a business hours service and an after business hours service that are at different rates.

  11. Access to my in office business colleagues

    I want my staff and other lawyers in our firm to book apts for themselves and for me and visa versus. but so far only I can book. There is no option for granting or denying access to my team members.

  13. Repeating bookings

    Allow a customer to reserve a time slot that is good for a month (ex. a customer can reserve Monday 2-3 for May) or multiple months (ex. a customer can reserve Mondays 2-3 from Date to Date)

  14. Allow specific times to be available

    Because the service is available from 09:30 when I put one hour appointments in the appointments start at 10:00.

    If I change it to half hourly time we lose at least one available slot because people create gaps unintentionally

    We also can't book breaks

  15. Have custumer specific prices

    Not all customers have the same price for a service. So it would be nice if a customer could login and get his specific price.

  18. Customer Timezone

    As it stands the timezone shown is ours, which isn't helpful from a customer's perspective in another part of the US. Calendly automatically shows the timezone of the individual as they are selecting a day/time that works best for them vs. having them do the math.

  19. Find First Available booking

    Customers should be able to go to the first available booking rather than having to search for a booking date. We are constantly booked months in advance, yet when the customer goes to the booking page they are shown the current month and it's nor clear that all the days are booked. They should have an option to find the "First Available Booking"

  20. Produce a list of Bookings for a Customer

    We frequently are asked by our clients for a list of bookings they currently have with us. These bookings can extend out 12 months.
