  1. Adding "Make an Appointment" button from customer lists

    When in the customer section of Bookings, there should be a button to pull from existing customers and create an appointment for them. Customers could come back for previous appointments or services, or if you can import them from your email directly into the customer section, you should be able to create an appointment or service next to their name.

    why cant I remove myself, the other person listed has admin rights as well but it wont allow me to remove myself as staff

  3. Allow for Transparency in Logo

    Why can't I upload a transparent Logo to display on the themes colors? Why do I have to choose a background color for the image and then a separate background color for the banner it displays on?

    Please add a "transparent" Color option for the company logo.

  4. Merge Custom Fields and Default fields to prevent clunky page

    Having the custom fields separated into an "Additional Information" section is clunky and awkward for the customer. For example I want to add a field for "Customer's Company" but it looks entirely odd separated so far from Name/Email/Etc. I should be able to create one form and not have to have two forms very close together.

  5. Updates when changing an appointment

    It would be good, when changing an appointment that there is an option to send an update. I know now that it does happen. But, it is unnerving when it isn't clear whether the other person has had the update.

    When creating custom fields with questions, you should be able rearrange the question you've created in the order you want them presented. Right now, you have to either start over again or repeat the questions in the order you want them presented and delete the questions.
    The same goes for the drop down boxes. When you've added several items you cannot rearrange them. Also, if you have created one box too many there is not a way to delete it.

  7. only specific people to make bookings

    Rather than customers being able to make the bookings themselves, make it so only specific people in the organisation can make the booking.

    We take bookings over the phone, staff manage this and need to initially ensure that a person meets the criteria before arranging an appointment, they then make the appointment.

  10. Add a "Bookings snapshot" for week or month that shows booked hours and remaining available hours.

    It would be really cool if I could see at a glance a summary of the hours or appointments booked and how many are left available for each employee and the business overall. Example, this week Joe has booked 15 out of his 30 possible appointments, 50% full, for a total of X hours. And the business overall has 40 of possible 120 appointments booked this week, 30% for a total of Y hours. Then icing on the cake would be that Joe is responsible for Z% of the bookings.

  12. Customize other Parts of the Template

    I am planning to use Booking to disciplinary data and assign detention. I would like to be ale to customize other parts of the template. For example, instead of using the term 'Services,' I would like to use 'Infraction.'

  13. Booking for multiple locations

    Give the option to book the same service in multiple locations. For companies that have offices in two locations like ours, we want clients to be able to book an appointment with one of our partners in either location, depending on which one they are located. The office 365 calendar allows for location entry, and should be coordinated with bookings calendar.

  16. Calendar view

    I see in my calendar the service’s name, the person’s name and my address. For me it doesn’t makes senses because I don’t want to see my address in the calendar. I would like to change the calendar view. I would like to see, for example, my client’s name, the service’s name and only. Thank you.

  18. Use alias email for guest staff

    We are using Bookings in a school salon environment. We don't assign staff in bookings, we assign beds / chairs. Why can't I use an alias email address (assign an alias address per bed) to be used for staff contact when a booking is made for each respective staff/bed? When you try to use an alias, it says you cant save it right now try later. Later never comes. If I change the mail address it works fine. Again, why can't I use an alias since the "staff" is not actually staff. It represents a bed that can be used…

  19. Calendar Invite to the customer

    Could you also do a calendar invite to the customer after booking?
    In the actual invite the it only has organizer info as invitees and not the customer.

  20. Equipment Rental

    It would be a really handy feature if you could use bookings to reserve rental equipment based upon available inventory. I've started setting up our rental golf cars as Equipment Resources in Outlook and manually entering "meetings" using those resources, but to have customers able to request a "booking" themselves would be a huge time saver. Thanks!
