  1. Customizable service availability

    It would be great if Services have the same option re Availability as Staff.
    I have staff providing consuelling services in couple locations. Staff operates half week in one and half in other location. What is required is that Service @ locationA has availability Mon-Tue and Service @ location B has Availability Wed-Fri for the same staff member. This way we can limit service provision of staff member depending on service location chosen.

  2. Payments

    The payments should be accepted upon booking the appointments. A lot of clients do a no call no show, and that’s a slot that could have been giving to someone else. Our business is losing money due to this feature not being available on this app.

  3. Merge Custom Fields and Default fields to prevent clunky page

    Having the custom fields separated into an "Additional Information" section is clunky and awkward for the customer. For example I want to add a field for "Customer's Company" but it looks entirely odd separated so far from Name/Email/Etc. I should be able to create one form and not have to have two forms very close together.

  5. When creating custom fields with questions, you should be able rearrange the question you've created in the order you want them presented. R

    When creating custom fields with questions, you should be able rearrange the question you've created in the order you want them presented. Right now, you have to either start over again or repeat the questions in the order you want them presented and delete the questions.
    The same goes for the drop down boxes. When you've added several items you cannot rearrange them. Also, if you have created one box too many there is not a way to delete it.

  8. "Time On" option in Booking Calendar

    A "Time On" button in booking calendar that functions the opposite of "Time Off" so we can add availability for specific day(s) when the staff or organization have special availability. For example, if a staff member switches their schedule on a given week to work day(s) that they are not regularly scheduled.

  10. Allow specific times to be available

    Because the service is available from 09:30 when I put one hour appointments in the appointments start at 10:00.

    If I change it to half hourly time we lose at least one available slot because people create gaps unintentionally

    We also can't book breaks

  11. Make "Select Staff" mandatory when booking a service

    When setting up a service to allow a customer to select a staff member, make it so it's mandatory to select a staff member instead of defaulting to "Anyone."
    Currently if they don't select staff and leave it as Anyone, it randomly selects a staff member. For what we are using this for it needs to go to a specific staff member instead of a random staff.

  14. Add an opt-in checkbox for accepting the privacy policy of the website. (GDPR)

    According to the GDPR Microsoft Bookings appears as a contact form that allows making a contract. Esp. when the bookings page is embedded to a website there needs to be a checkbox to opt in to privacy policy of the service provide (seller).

  15. Need Reporting Feature

    The service actually works well, but will not be a stand-alone replacement for other third-party scheduling options until you have a report function. As others have mentioned, you need to be able to show total number of appointments and be able to sort by day/week/year/customer/service/Calendar at a minimum.

  16. Allow Custom Duration to be set by Customer

    Let the Customer set the duration time, so they can choose to book out an hour or 5 1/2 hours, whatever they want.

  17. Customizing of style and text of the booking page

    I would like to change the css style and text of the booking page, for example the background color to embed the booking page into our Wordpress website. The predefined styles not fitting! Please add a text area so we can add custom css style to overwrite the predefined style.
    Additionally I would like to change some words like "Dienste" (services) because it sounds badly. Please add some variables so we can change the text of buttons, head and so on.

  18. Allow customers to choose their time zone on the Booking Page

    In cases where customers are spread across time zones, they should be able to see the times listed on my Booking Page in a time zone that makes sense for them.

  20. Terms and Conditions listed as Terms of Sale in E-mails

    In the e-mail sent to customers, the confirmation has links for Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. However, in the business information settings, Terms of Sale is listed as Terms and Conditions. The e-mail should reflect the same language so as to not confuse customers since they need to accept these on the bookings page.
