  2. Split appointments for double bookings

    In the beauty industry we usually double book. For example a service will have a 30 min booking then a gap of 30-60mins then it will be blocked again for another 30-60 for the service. So the service needs to be customized for that gap time so another service can booked there and show open to the client booking an appointment.

  3. Double booking appointments

    Hair salon- If I have a colour appt booked it takes 90 minutes total, however there is a time in between that 90 minutes that the client is processing that I can do another client. Right now I have to book 2 apps one for the colour, then book another to do the cut leaving a space in between open to book another appt.

  5. Schedule different days for part time staff in advance.

    We have some part time workers who don't have set regular hours and days they come in. I would like to be able to set days in advance when a person in coming in and hours they're coming in for. Instead of the "time off" feature.

  6. Allow out of hours Service

    Our store has limited hours, but we would like to accommodate those who need to meet up outside of those hours. I would like to be able to select custom hours depending on the service I add.

  7. Internal codes

    I would personally love the ability to provide customers a code, much like online retailers do for discounted sales such as "fall2016" for 10% off or free shipping however, in bookings it would automatically choose a service, regardless if it was viewable by the client, that the code references.

    This would allow me to send them an email asking them to schedule their appointment, providing them a code so they do not need to figure out which service they need.

  9. Ability to mark Status

    It would be great to have the ability to mark appointments with a status, In Progress, Complete, Waiting, etc.

  10. Let me timebox when the booking page can accept bookings

    In the case of a tradeshow, I'd only like to accept bookings during a given time frame. It would be nice to have the Booking Page only show slots within that period.

  11. Let me change the term "service"

    If my business doesn't offer services, but instead offers something else that is bookable (like a meeting room), I'd like to change the term service that is shown on the booking page.

  12. Adopt Standard Hospitalityl

    Adopt standards of the Hospitality industry: as with most Hotel / Motel / BNBs, allow the staff/customer to check-in at the tail end of the first day / full subsequent days / check out at the beginning of the final day of the reservation.

  13. Let me require full payment up-front when my customers book me

    Add functionality to Bookings that lets me require that my customers pay for a service in full at the time of making a booking. This is the same as requiring the customer to pay in-full in order to be able to book your business' time.

  14. Option to change the position of the logo on the Booking Page

    I would like to be able to move the logo above/below the business name and also left/right/center. Would also be nice to be able to toggle it on/off.

  16. Limitation on the Logo's size

    I find that the size of the logo we can upload is very limiting. We should be able to upload much bigger logo images.

  17. Support Out of Area Appointments

    Some areas require addition time to travel to, either support the ability to default these areas to the "company will contact you" or allow for setting additional rules for these areas (ie certain days traveled to, additional travel time)

  18. Password protected booking

    Hi, are you able to require customers to use a password to be allowed to book on your calendar? I run a psychiatric practice and would like to try using bookings, but want only returning patients to be allowed to book independently (vs new patients). Sorry if this is already a feature and I have yet to discover it!

  20. notification

    Once the meeting is booked by the person scheduling the meeting, it would be nice if a confirmation was sent to the person with whom the meeting is being booked so they can confirm, decline or suggest an alternate time. Then it would be nice if the meeting could be added to my calendar automatically as it is when someone sends me a meeting request via Outlook and I accept the meeting.
