  1. Services and staff should span multiple booking calendars

    In the case where a business has more than one booking calendar, it would be good to have the service / staff lists optionally span multiple booking calendars. This means they don't have to be re-entered.

    We should be able to pass data to other applications (marketing automation, sms integration etc) Please give us webhook events such as OnEventAdded, OnEventChanged, and OnEventRemoved along with the data from the booking in json format.

  4. Support E3/E5 Skype for business - Cloud PBX

    Please support E3/E5 and Skype for business. A lot of small business are on E3/E5 with cloud PBX. to restrict this to business premium (office standard) does not make sense.

  5. Confirming Bookings

    Add the capability to mark if any appointment has been confirmed, if the client did not show up or if they cancelled the appointment.

  6. We need Bookings for Ressources not only Employee.

    This Booking Systemis only for Employees.
    But if you are a Hotel or Restaurant you need Tabels or Rooms booked.

    Add Resources like Tables and Rooms.
    or let the admin create there own bookable Resources.

    Not every company have bookable Employee but bookable Resources.

  8. Change how the staff name is displayed across the system

    It is good to be able to choose how the full name of our employees appears. We do not always want to reveal the surname of the employees, the first name might suffice, or first name and initial.

  9. ABILITY TO PRINT DAILY/WEEKLY/MONTHLY APPOINTMENTS

    Would love to be able to print the days appointments in the morning so we can see customer info such as name, phone #, email, etc.

  10. Add Custom Fields to Calendar view

    We'd like the ability to change the fields that display in the customer view. Our staff need to view custom fields as this allows us to prepare for bookings. Currently we have to open the booking instance and scroll down to custom fields. The issue with this is that there is a risk of bookings being incorrectly updated/deleted and it is time consuming.

  11. Do not require email for every staff member

    Option to turn off the requirement for every user (Staff) to have an individual/unique e-mail address
    In a typical hair salon or other small businesses (car repair garage/beauty salons/training company) the Staff can be temporary or are simply not interested (or required to provide) so individual e-mail addresses are not an option. Also most business have one or two general/global e-mail addresses, i.e. info@ or sales@ so, if these could be used instead against each user, (Staff member) it would be a far better solution.

  12. Specify time-on slots for staff

    Think of this feature as something that is opposite to the time-off functionality. I'd like to specify the dates/times staff members are available. This is separate to the working hours feature because I'd like this to be different per week in some cases.

  14. Booking Time Flexibility

    The ability for customers to book more time, for example my computer repair is 1 hour but they should be able to book 2-3 or more hours if they wish.

  15. Possibility to add restrictions to services

    It would be great to add a restriction (setting) to a certain service. Example, I want a certain service to be available only at a certain time of the week/day.

  16. Single sign-on SSO with Office 365

    It will be nice to allow the Single sign-on SSO function when the customer have already an account in Office 365 to complete directly his informations (name, phone number, mail address, ...)

    In order to see also the calendar information of the customer and see directly the slot available before to book something

  19. Set max # of sessions per staff member

    If a staff member has a lot of flexibility and has provided a wide range of working hours, there is currently nothing in place to prevent a wave of clients from coming in and booking that staff member for many hours in a row. For instance, I have staff members who are available from 8 am to 8 pm that would not like to work for 12 hours straight. One way around this would be to allow users to specify a maximum # of hours per day when setting each staff member's schedule.
