  1. gmail calendar

    Allow Bookings to see non-organization calendars.

    The Bookings software will block out staff time based on what they have in their work calendar to reduced double booking. But what if staff uses non-organization calendars like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.com account?

    Can they link their non-organization calendars to Bookings so Bookings knows not to allow something to be schedule during a slot that is booked in the staff's personal (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) calendar?

  4. Changes made in reminders are not passed to previous made appointments

    Current situation:
    You have created a service and set a few reminders. The e-mail reminders which will be received by the customer will be the same as the text in the reminders at the same moment as the booking is created.
    The customer makes an appointment 2 weeks later, and he/she will receive a reminder 2 days before.
    If the admin made a mistake in the text of the reminder this will not be passed in the reminder of the customer who already made his/her appointment.

    For us this is annoying because we send instructions to prepare for the appointment.…

  5. Only sent reminders during business days

    We are using Bookings for a business project and we do send a reminder 1 day before the appointment with some instructions which they have to do to prepare for their appointment. Everyone who schedules an appointment on monday will receive this reminder on sunday (a day that they won't work). It would be nice to have a checkbox by a service reminder where you can exclude weekends.

  7. Wrong translation of Bookings confirmation e-mail to Lithuanian language.

    When customer receives order confirmation e-mail, "order confirmed" text is translated as "Parvirtintas užsakymas".
    Has to be "Patvirtintas užsakymas".

  8. Round robin assignments

    When automatically booking a service using the "Anyone" option for "Select Staff", allow use of a round robin approach to booking the staff member. Based on who was assigned the last booking, move to the next person in the list of people to be assigned, rather than simply first available or first in the list.

  9. See colors of multiple staff assigned to one appointment

    Whenever multiple people are assigned to an appointment, we need to visually be able to see on the calendar that that time is taken up, rather than having to click on an appointment to see that there is another staff member on that appointment

    We should be able to pass data to other applications (marketing automation, sms integration etc) Please give us webhook events such as OnEventAdded, OnEventChanged, and OnEventRemoved along with the data from the booking in json format.

  14. Add and "End Date" for a service instead of just a time period customers can book out to (like 3 weeks etc)

    It would be nice to say that I can take appt starting on Date X and ending on Date Y.

    When I create a service, I might know that I want to offer it for a month, 3 weeks, 2 weeks, etc. and I can set it to let them book out that far, but when all my times are filled, I have to leave it open until the times get filled but by doing so I am showing times AFTER when I want it to end, so I have to keep decreasing how far out they can schedule.

  15. Possibility to add restrictions to services

    It would be great to add a restriction (setting) to a certain service. Example, I want a certain service to be available only at a certain time of the week/day.

  16. Notify on reminder failure

    A small number of appointments did not have any associated reminders sent out. It would be useful to have some way to diagnose the issue (incorrect e-mail address? field overflow?).

  17. Hiding "Time off"

    I would like to not be able to see the "time off" slots that I have blocked off. Having these sync to my regular calendar clutters everything and makes things hard to find. Having a separate section for the time off that doesn't necessarily show on the calendar, just blocks out the space would be ideal.

  18. Add Custom Fields to Calendar view

    We'd like the ability to change the fields that display in the customer view. Our staff need to view custom fields as this allows us to prepare for bookings. Currently we have to open the booking instance and scroll down to custom fields. The issue with this is that there is a risk of bookings being incorrectly updated/deleted and it is time consuming.

  20. Single sign-on SSO with Office 365

    It will be nice to allow the Single sign-on SSO function when the customer have already an account in Office 365 to complete directly his informations (name, phone number, mail address, ...)

    In order to see also the calendar information of the customer and see directly the slot available before to book something
