Print is too small!
We print a daily schedule out each day and the new Bookings design is terrible! The printed schedule is so tiny, it is impossible to view the patient names! Please enlarge the font. Also, allow for a deeper contrast color. The appointments are so light that they blend into the background.

Booking cancellation sync to Outlook
When cancelling a Booking from the Bookings 'Calendar' this does not sync to the Outlook calendar that Bookings is linked too.
This means the slot is freed up on Bookings, but no in Outlook so a 'duplicate' entry is shown.

Customise the Fields are shown in the calendar - Concatenate Service and Title & Location for example
Concatenate Fields so that you see more information at a glance rather than just the Service title being the only displayed field

We need Bookings for Ressources not only Employee.
This Booking Systemis only for Employees.
But if you are a Hotel or Restaurant you need Tabels or Rooms booked.Add Resources like Tables and Rooms.
or let the admin create there own bookable Resources.Not every company have bookable Employee but bookable Resources.

Round robin assignments
When automatically booking a service using the "Anyone" option for "Select Staff", allow use of a round robin approach to booking the staff member. Based on who was assigned the last booking, move to the next person in the list of people to be assigned, rather than simply first available or first in the list.

Would love to be able to print the days appointments in the morning so we can see customer info such as name, phone #, email, etc.

gmail calendar
Allow Bookings to see non-organization calendars.
The Bookings software will block out staff time based on what they have in their work calendar to reduced double booking. But what if staff uses non-organization calendars like Gmail, Yahoo, or Outlook.com account?
Can they link their non-organization calendars to Bookings so Bookings knows not to allow something to be schedule during a slot that is booked in the staff's personal (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) calendar?

invitation
We are using Bookings internally and would prefer for the person booking an appointment to receive a meeting invitation after they book their appointment. Today, they receive an email with an ICS file that they can then manually add to their calendar but having it come through as a meeting invitation would be useful. Maybe this could be an option to enable or disable the option to send a meeting invitation or ICS file.

Integrate 8x8 with Bookings so that a 8x8 conference bridge with the appropriate invitation is created for the customer when they book their appoint that requires a virtual meeting rather than an in person meeting.

We should be able to pass data to other applications (marketing automation, sms integration etc) Please give us webhook events such as OnEventAdded, OnEventChanged, and OnEventRemoved along with the data from the booking in json format.

Focus more on internal use
Microsoft Bookings is great, but it lacks the functionality for internal use.
Users (Managers) should be able to create recurring bookings/services/shift-types/duties/events, etc... as well as allocating to members of staff, which is then automatically reflected in that staff member's Staff Hub.
It's great that Microsoft has focused on small businesses, however not all small businesses are 9-5 but work flexibly to meet the demands of their services, with employees/staff paid soley for that booking.

Allow bookings for one staff with multiple locations
I have staff who work in multiple locations and need to differentiate which days appointments can be made at each location but still be linked to their one calendar.

Fixed dates per Service
We are using the bookings app in our non profit organisation to provide several services within our community.
Let me explain two of them. We are offering to present an idea from people within our community at our monthly meeting every first thursday each month. on a fixed time schedual 7.45 - 9.00 pm and want to give the person some timewindow of max. 20min to present their idea. Only on this meeting.
the second service we are offering is a speedregistration device to monitoring a certain street only within our city borders off driver behavior regarding the maximum speed…
