  1. Changes made in reminders are not passed to previous made appointments

    Current situation:
    You have created a service and set a few reminders. The e-mail reminders which will be received by the customer will be the same as the text in the reminders at the same moment as the booking is created.
    The customer makes an appointment 2 weeks later, and he/she will receive a reminder 2 days before.
    If the admin made a mistake in the text of the reminder this will not be passed in the reminder of the customer who already made his/her appointment.

    For us this is annoying because we send instructions to prepare for the appointment.…

    For some companies the meetings are scheduled in the client company for what would be necessary to indicate that to the booking. The customer's address must be identified in the reservation email

  3. Wrong translation of Bookings confirmation e-mail to Lithuanian language.

    When customer receives order confirmation e-mail, "order confirmed" text is translated as "Parvirtintas užsakymas".
    Has to be "Patvirtintas užsakymas".

  5. Hiding "Time off"

    I would like to not be able to see the "time off" slots that I have blocked off. Having these sync to my regular calendar clutters everything and makes things hard to find. Having a separate section for the time off that doesn't necessarily show on the calendar, just blocks out the space would be ideal.

    Your early adopters (paying) and evangelists, are faithfull Microsoft's product users: many of us use Windows 10 Mobile. Should be imperative to bring it to Windows 10.

  11. confirmation of completed booking

    Once a booking has been completed the staff should be able to provide/send confirmation, an email should be sent to the customer confirming the final price and to the staff member. A review/feedback feature process would also be useful

    I will never understand why there are many Microsoft products with Apps on iOS or Android but not on Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile.

    When in the Calendar view, in addition to Service Type and Location, it would be good to see which Staff are allocated in the summary view of the event i.e. without having to drill into the vent itself

  18. If booking was done in-office, allow staff to see who booked it.

    In a private booking system, it would be very nice if we could see which staff member booked the appointment, in case questions need to be asked or errors are made.

  19. Set max # of sessions per staff member

    If a staff member has a lot of flexibility and has provided a wide range of working hours, there is currently nothing in place to prevent a wave of clients from coming in and booking that staff member for many hours in a row. For instance, I have staff members who are available from 8 am to 8 pm that would not like to work for 12 hours straight. One way around this would be to allow users to specify a maximum # of hours per day when setting each staff member's schedule.

  20. Show all staff colours associated with a booking on Work Week, Week and Month Views

    When selecting multiple employees associated with one booking, it will only display the colour of one staff member in the Week, Month or Year View. Setting the background colour of the booking as multiple stripes reflecting the booked staff helps you identify who is assigned to each appointment without having to go into the day view.
