  1. Easier mobility between apps

I would like if the navigation bar would stay the same for every app. Also, instead of having each app open up as a separate tab in my browser, I would like some way to internally check my mail, my task list, or my calendar that wouldn't require me to keep another tab open. Perhaps a little side bar could work.

  2. Select which Outlook Account you want when you want it

Create a simple box showing all Outlook accounts so the proper one can be placed with the one that is opened. As I mentioned in "Feedback" I use several accounts and Outlook keeps "capturing" and opening the wrong ones. Annoying and a total waste of what is supposed to be a better mail system.

  4. Easily save emails to network drive

I want to be able to drag & drop, or easily save emails on my network drive outside of the cloud. Please advise if/when that functionality is available, and how it can be accomplished.

    Thank you.

  5. Address Book Import

P L E A S E find a solution to be able to import my Apple Address Book into Outlook Contacts. This is making the transition very difficult and making me question whether it is worth pursuing use of the Office365 Platform.

  6. inbox zero app missing practically for corporate users

I believe it is inportant to have am "Inbox Zero" functionality with minimalist yet powerful interface that can do the "verbs" needed to process a mail with one touch or one click:
    1. read and archive ( or delete )
    2. defer/snooze but set a reminder
    3. Set as "Done" that would mark it done
    4. answer quickly
    5. Delegate

Outlook can do all of this but it is too many clicks and cumbersome.
even the sweep option is strange ... there is no way to sweep all the stuff that is read ... with one click/touch

    Good examples are…

  9. Permanent IM screen next to email

It would be nice to have the option to have your IM screen on your screen permanently. I use IM and hate having to move the little IM box around on my screen so I can read emails. I would like to see the IM screen on the right-hand side of my screen when looking at it.

  10. Profile Page / Place to Share Important Easily Accessible Links

Profile Page / Place to Static Links
In Outlook Groups, what if we want to share a link and we want it to be easily accessible at the top of the page or on a profile page? For example, if the group has a shared SmartSheet page, where can we post the link? If we put it in a Conversation then it will eventually be lost somewhere down the page.

    Thanks!

  11. Choose Calendar on Create or Edit of Event

Choose calendar while creating or change calendar (move event) while editing event.

See calendar.live.com for good example for choosing calendar on creation.

  12. Automatically Add Recipents' Addresses to Contacts When Sending Mail

I would prefer that email addresses of those that I send emails to (including replies, cc, & bcc) to be automatically added to my people contacts so the address auto-populates going forward. It delays completing tasks when there is an address that I've been communicating with numerous times by way of "reply" that does not populate automatically when I initiate a fresh email to that address. Instead, I have to find an email that has the address so I can enter it completely (without mistakes), and then manually "add" it to my people contacts so this doesn't happen again. This…

  13. Default Calendar View - shared instead of personal

I'd like the option to have a shared calendar be the default view instead of my personal calendar when I switch to calendar (instead of having to select it to view it)

  14. Direct link to Sharepoint on portal.office.com

Put a direct link to Sharepoint on the portal.office.com homepage after logging in. It doesn't make a lot of sense not to have the link somewhere. You can get to portal.office.com from Sharepoint quite easily, but not the other way around.

  15. Easily mark as unread

A simple way of 'marking as unread' e.g. by right-clicking on the email.

Advantages: Suppose you are currently busy, but have just read an email that requires you to do something (e.g. someone asks you to arrange a meeting with them). You can't respond immediately because you need to check your timetable/book a room to meet in. So you mark as unread so that you remember to look at the email again and respond to it eventually.

You should have some gifs you could send that you wouldn't have to download off of office 365.

  17. Feature improvements to match Outlook App for iOS and Android

Start to merge the feature functionality of Outlook for Android and iOS to the Outlook 365 Online experience. Schedule for a different day on iPhone should have the same function equivalent on the web outlook client. Thumbs up on mail should be in iOS outlook.

Collapse pinned conversations, like Google but better. They take up too much space.

  20. Email draft editing

When opening a draft email, allow us to go right into editing without the need to click the little box that asks if we want to continue editing or delete. Intuitively we would want to edit the draft, otherwise if we want to delete that is easy enough to do.
    Thank you for listening.
