  1. Need to see the exact email address to which my incoming mail is sent

We should have the ability, without jumping through many hoops, to see the actual email address to which an incoming email was sent. Our company changed names and therefore email addresses but I don't know how many people are still using the old email address (which is an alias now) because they all look like they were sent to my new address.

  2. Limiting unauthorized sign-on's to email account of primary.

Have some alerting method that let's a primary email user that another party has opened their email on another computer. In other words, if the primary email user is signed on (or not), there is some indicator that let's he/she know that someone else is signing on or has signed on from another machine. In fact, any other attempt to sign on should be blocked if not by the primary user, and until the primary grants permission. As it stands with the current system, if someone who knows the user name or PW of the primary, he/she can sign on…

it would be cool if I could add pics to the calendar events for internationally recognized events . Like a suggested pic from Microsoft or select your own feature

  6. default

    DEFAULT MEETING DURATION (LENGTH)
Provide an option to set the default meeting length. On my teams, I prefer the default to be 50 minutes, so that there is 10 minutes on the tail of a meeting to process, take a "bio break", and get to the next meeting!

  7. Email list could be made more intuitive/communicative through styling.

I find the default styling to be less than intuitive. Here are the problems I have.
    * Unread messages are too difficult to identify at a glance.
    * The "wrong" content is emphasized.
    * Senders names stand out (not as important for some of us)
    * Subject lines (most important to some of us) visually display like secondary info. This also contributes to the difficulty in identifying unread email.
    * There is a lack of visual boundary between messages

I have created my own CSS to restyle my inbox to address the above issues. A screenshot of my restyled inbox…

  10. Web browser on mobile

Before change took place it was easy to view through the Web browser (Internet Explorer) on my phone. Now it is ridiculous as I have to zoom in to read messages.once I have gone in to read a message it then zooms out again and this goes on for each message. It also does not allow you to preview message in junk before marking as not junk. I have downloaded the app but I do not like that plus it uses up precious space and links would not open. I don't want this update it was just thrown at me.…

  12. Saving e-mails to external devices

    Hi All,

it'll be good if you can set the system such that e-mails can saved externally and recovered - I am having to delete important mails as there's no way of saving them. Copying into the archive folder is not helping

  13. organizing sub folders for inbox and sent items

I use Outlook on a daily basis and find it to be a great communication tool. In an effort to keep organized, i have added sub folders in my Inbox for filing sent and received emails. I would love to see an option added so all of my sent emails could be automatically moved into the sub folders once sent. I would also live to see an added option to have my inbox emails automatically moved into the appropriate sub folders once the message has been read.

  14. Auto Archive email.

There is no option for 'AutoArchive' mail in outlook online. It should be there as per earlier outlook desktop versions.

  15. cross reference individual name and company name.

It would be helpful to cross-reference company names with contact names.
For example you know a person works for Averitt, but you can't remember the name one would be able to look at "Averitt" and see the listings for who works there. If we call on a wide variety of customers and have their names in our system many times it is easier to remember the company name rather than the individual's name.
Thanks for listening. Wesley McGee (or) Averitt / Wesley McGee

  16. Insert Item (IE Email) rather than document.

It would be easier if you were able to "attach an item" in Outlook 365 as you can in the other versions of Outlook - its awkward to drag and drop emails into the body of a new email, especially if you have to navigate through folders.

  17. Start Typing to Skip Scrolling Through Category Menu

Start typing to skip scrolling when selecting the folder or category to put an email in. I really like that I can use the Windows Key + C or V keyboard shortcuts to bring up the category and folder menus, but in my case where I have a large number of categories, it would be so much faster to then be able to start typing the category name instead of having to arrow down or use the mouse to scroll through the list.

  18. Office 365 Web Mail - remove grouping

In office 365 mail, I would like to see the option to remove the grouping (today, yesterday, last week, etc) in the email list, similar to the outlook client. It would allow more messages to be shown on the screen at once.

  19. Bookmark dates

I'd like to be able to "Bookmark" important dates in my calendar so I can go to them quickly. Sometimes I can't remember them all and it would be good if you could have a tick box system when making the appoitment. "Add to Important dates" and then this list is integrated within a menu function or short cut menu.

  20. Attachment Default

When I am sending an email, I would prefer it to automatically default to my computer files, not OneDrive files.
