  2. Theme setting

After changing the theme setting, it goes away every time I sign out. I would like it to remain until I decide to change it. I don't care for the default setting.

  3. Delete or Customize Default Folders

I would like to be able to delete some of the original folders under my name. I don't need to always see "Archive", "Conversation History", "Notes", and "Scheduled". They just take up space because they're always empty and it makes the page feel less organized. I would at least like to be able to put them together under another folder that I could name "Other" or whatnot, but I can't do that either.

  5. Simple response to event invites

Stop making everyone suffer from the Microsoft terror of making things unnecessarily complicated. How about just allowing your users to click on "accept" in an event invite email and just send that response. I don't need additional drop downs with a nonsensically ordered list of actions. Accept, reject, suggest another time is all you need. How about just another button to send a response with the reply instead of forcing everyone to do unnecessary things just because, you little dictators.

  8. reply to sender email

    Problem
By default, when you reply to a message, regardless if the original message is sent to your other alias, the email address that will be used is the default email address set up on your account unless you manually change it before sending. This is by clicking on the ‘From’ address for the change.

This in the past you could email back to person that sent the email with out needing to check the sent email addr

    Why was this removed?

  9. Double Spacing Issue

    Issues with Office 655 Outlook

The system automatically inserts double spacing in all emails and I am unable to access any paragraph settings to adjust this.

This is resulting in emails sent looking and feeling unprofessional - could you please review this asap as it is really frustrating!!!!

  10. FIX THE SIGN IN, ASKING TO REMAIN SIGNED IN

Outlook seems to be broken. Upon signing in it asks if I would like to avoid signing in by remaining signed in. the choices are 'yes' or 'no'. Below the choice it asks 'do not display this message again'. I select 'no' and 'do not display this massage again' and EVERY TIME I SIGN IN OUTLOOK ASKS ME THE SAME QUESTION. DUMB program? OR Dumb ____________?

  11. Create events on group calendar without inviting everyone

Please make it possible to create an event on a shared calendar in Outlook client WITHOUT inviting everyone in the group. Currently this seems to be possible in the online version of Outlook, but not the client version.

  12. Meeting updates sent to specific participants

I need the ability to send meeting invitations to newly added people and not the whole list of participants.

  14. auto correct

auto correct for all emails. Not just spell check that you have to click on. We switched to this email through our company. It seems you are going backwards in technology. Update with auto correct

  16. Allow recurring events moved by Click&Drag to retain recurrence or prompt for dropping it.

Allow recurring meetings/events to be moved by click-and-drag while retaining their recurrence.

I assume in many cases someone may want to move an event/meeting in an ad hoc basis while retaining the original recurring schedule, but sometimes people also just want to move the recurring event altogether. Why not show an un-intrusive pop-up that asks whether to retain the recurrence or even just a "Drop Recurrence" button that users have to click to drop the recurrence if it is a one off move, while retaining the recurrence by default.

  17. Improve UI for changing the From address of email

Changing the "from" address on an email is cumbersome and unintuitive. There is no visual indication that the user can right-click their own email address to remove it from the current email, the contact card often pops up in front of the menu, and there is no way to remove an existing "from" address from the drop-down using the mouse (must use arrows and delete keys on keyboard).

The entire From field should be a drop down menu since you can only send from one address per message, just like it is in the Outlook 2013/2016 client. The menu should…

  18. Select All in Search Page

On the Search Page, add a Select All option that selects all of the search results, not just those that are visable on the screen. Or integrate a syntex into the search command that automatically selects the results of that search.

  19. Put a print icon in the menu bar at the top of the email page

It would be nice to have a "print" icon at the top of the page instead of having to do a drop-down to find the print command. The calendar has such an icon. Why can't email have one?

  20. BUG Copy email address doesn't work

This is a BUG, not a feature request. "Copy Email Address" doesn't work. When I paste, even within the Office365 browser window, I get my previous 'copy' info, not the email address.
