User friendly
Hi
I would like to request you to improve your "search function a little bit more user friendly. As of now it is quite complicated and time consuming. Basically we as users are looking for options/systems that could save our time at work or home. Outlook search function is not user friendly. Please give the option on drop down list for such as, From, To, Subject, any words and etc. to make it user friendly and off course to save more time. Thanks

Search for email folders.
when i search for emails in outlook i would also like to se hits related to name of email folders. The search should include folder-names. When presenting the hits related to email search i would like to see the email-folder name so that i can go to that folder and see the rest of the emails stored in the same folder

Category Sorting
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Give users the ability to sort by category. Otherwise there is literally NO POINT in categorizing emails.
Gmail is significantly further advanced with this ability, as moving emails to a separate folder is detrimental to my inbox flow.

Feedback button
Add a feedback button in the options\settings bar. So if people need help they could type the question instead of going through multiple clicks to get to this page

difficult to organize and find emails
Make this more intuitive to use - do not like it - spending way too much time looking for and trying to organize things. Creating a folder is even difficult and not intuitive.

Show folder in search results
When I search for an email, I'd like to know which folder each result is in. Can this be an option for those of us who take the time to create folders and organize our inbox?

Show folders in search results
Microsoft(R) Outlook(R) / 365(R) nettisähköpostissa on "hae kaikista kansioista" -toiminto.

mailbox delegation permissions
Currently to allow a user access to a shared (or other user) mailbox, you have to enter the permission up to 3 times (full, send as, send on behalf). Each time you have to search/select the same user. This becomes cunbersome when several users need multiple permissions (like full + send as). How about selecting the user just once and check box which permissions to give.

More Sorting Options Needed
Chronological sorting would be helpful in the Search option.

Remove recent searches dropdown
Please remove the drop-down 'recent searches' box on Outlook webmail. It obscures the search mail box itself, and makes the process of searching needlessly laborious.

Taking test and not finishing after the time exceeds
Tests should never be about an 1:00:00. One, why should we even get 1:00:00 to take our test. That is so wrong for teens like me to get an hour for test. Second, why do I have to get a penalty when I was just looking at my answers and I can't accessed my answers after the time exceeded. Next time, Students should choose the hour time limit because 1:00:00 has got to go!

Make OWA help menu recognize synonyms for various setting names
When I search for "safe" in the settings menu, I don't find the safe senders list. I had to figure out that it's named "Block or allow". Why not configure your search to work based on keywords that users might type (synonyms)? Microsoft has long called this list the "Safe Senders List". If you want to call it "Block or allow", that's fine, but make it possible to find it using the legacy terminology.

search is in the wrong place.
Could you move the search box on share point so that it is easier to find! It should be on the first screen you see. Having to slide along and search for it is a pain! I have often heard people say wheres the search box! Dont you think that is ridiculous! You have to search for the search box!
It complicated enough to use.
Could you make it easier to look for help or 'how to' box.
When I go on to one drive and the other tab, you have to close and start again. Is there a way…1 vote -
Expanding search results to show all the members of a distribution group
It would be great if search results can show all the members of a distribution group by expanding it when searching the group in directory from contacts in Outlook on the web, because currently it can only show members up to 25.
