Provide users a link to their quarantined messages.
Have a link in that will take users to their Exchange Quarantine. If they suspect a message is spam and their daily alert has not been sent, then they have to contact me to login to the Exchange Admin to view the message quarantine. It would be so much better if users had direct access to their quarantined messages, so this would become a service-service task.

Users of Shared Mailboxes need a way to access the quarantine!
