TURN OF "OUTLOOK FOUND NEW EVENTS" -
PLEASE allow us to turn off the "OUTLOOK FOUND NEW EVENTS FEATURE" - it is awful. It makes up events where they don't exist and when one does exist- I ALREADY KNOW IT.
Frickin hate this "feature". Takes us space, make's it difficult to pull screen shots for expense reports, I dont want it. KILL this or give me a way to dsiable it.
Outlook will completely DELETE my original American Airlines itineraries because it adds "Outlook found new events" which destroys the original AA details. Why does Microsoft ADD **** WE DON'T NEED????? I never asked for this, I don't want it, and now it's wasting my time! I can't send a client a receipt for a recent trip because Outlook has completely deleted the body of the American Airlines ticket! I've already tried turning this "feature" off 3 times and it won't stop.
disable "Outlook Found a New Event" pane in outlook
Outlook found new events is a very blunt tool. It inserts non-events into my Calendar and is just poorly designed. If I receive an email with flight information for someone else, then later I find that my Calendar has new events marked as busy (for a non-applicable flight) and this discourages needed meetings at that time. If Outlook wants to continue with this either make it considerably smarter to only work on events applicable to me OR pop-up an acceptance dialog to the user so they can accept or deny the auto-insertion into the Calendar.
Eliminate this feature please! It corrupts the email so that often my entire itinerary disappears (whenever they come from Marriott)

I agree completely with this. Allow users the option of turning off the bug (for that is how I see this "feature") rather than MS deciding for everyone using outlook how their emails will be displayed. TURN IT OFF!!!!!
Make an option for the "found an event" so you can turn it off. I dont know of anyone who would want this and you cant read or print the actually itinerary that you need.
