Add tags to contacts - and thus allow task automations
Let us manage contacts by tags, as all other (Email-)Marketing-Automation software (i.e. ActiveCampaign, Infusionsoft, etc.) do. This way we can apply different tags to contacts / people to sort them by projects, save their interests and product preferences, their bought products, etc. and use this information i.e. together with Zapier to do different tasks for the contacts / people.
This is vital to be able to automate a lot of tasks in sales and contact management, so I am surprised that this is not a standard feature of Outlook 365 right away.
Set up task automation with be the top activity for 2019!
