Font is too light in colour, not enough themes, too much white
More themes please - darker font
Allow the user to increase the contrast on the screen so that the font is more visible.
I have vision difficulties, so I need to have my inbox and folders be in a darker font against the white background soI can easily see them without having to magnify the screen all the time. The pale gray font against the black is hard to see.
This is a problem across the internet now, as designers must all be young and don't take into account older eyes. Many of the "transparent" looking websites are super hard to read. (This is also true, for example, in print publications like the NY Times Sunday Magazine--low contrast print, and super small print.) It's a kind of ageism, though I think it's mostly unintentional.
Thanks for your help.
